Improving Physical Image
I think I have a new New Years Resolution that I just came up with today. This resolution is basically the title of this journal entry. In other words, my goal is to lose weight, have whiter teeth, and get my skin to be radiant and close to perfect (can't expect perfection). To obtain this goal, I have to eat in moderation, use teeth whitener, exercise, sleep earlier and enough, drink more water, and use lotion more often. I think losing about 5-10 pounds should be sufficient and I won't go on a crazy diet just to obtain the goal. I just have to avoid snacking in the middle of the night and exercise. Other than that my diet is good enough to manage a stable weight.

Tutoring
It looks like today's tutoring went very well considering that one of the student that I worked with use to seem like he doesn't want me to tutor him, but today he seems more cooperative and he sounded more natural while talking to me. To me this is progress because a student who is willing to see someone as a person there to help rather than hinder means that they will be able to learn better. I think the struggles with today's education revolves around the connection with the teacher and the students. If a teacher is unable to connect with the student, then the students will do a fairly poor job. But, I still have an issue with becoming a teacher because their pay is way below my desired salary (long term).

Hiking
Today I went hiking with my mom at Eaton Canyon, which is located in Pasadena. It was my third time there and I like hiking there because of the beautiful scenery and the majestic waterfall at the end. I mean it isn't the best waterfall there is to see, but it is one of the closest to home. My mom enjoyed the hike because of the streams and waterfall and the rocks there. We might go there again tomorrow morning, I think the exercise is what I need for my heart.

Aftermath
After the heart problem, I've noticed that I have been more tired lately. I seem to be wanting to take a nap in the middle of the day; then when night time comes I seem to want to sleep earlier. I mean the sleeping earlier isn't a bad thing, but it sure does worry me that I am feeling sleepy more often than usual.

Heart Problem
Today I had a severe case of Tachycardia, my heart beated twice as fast as normal and twice as hard. I currently don't know the cause of this problem but today's case was much worse than all of them from the past combined. Normally the problem last for 15-20 minutes, but today it went on for an hour and a half. A part of me thought I was going to die because I felt the pain in my chest and was worried that my heart would stop or something like so. Good thing I'm back to normal right now.

Home Theatre System
Two days ago my mom and I went out to purchase a Sony Home Theatre Surround Sound System, and I am loving that thing. The installation of the entire system took several hours but it was worth the trouble. Today I went to Fry's Electronics to purchase "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" and "House of Flying Daggers". I figured I should get something that my parents can enjoy and they were for only 9.99 each so it was a good deal.

Worm Farming #2
The increasing amount of worms and the liveliness of the worms makes me feel that this worm farm will be successful. Soon, I'll come up with the design of the wooden worm bin and spend lesser time on the worms there after. The main reason for the decrease in effort is because once they are exposed to their new environment, I'll have much less to worry about except for proving them with food. I'm also considering making a website about the worms and one day selling their compost and the worms themselves.

Worm Farmining #1
This is probably the worse time to start farming worms, but I guess I can pull it off because it is Southern California after all, where temperatures shouldn't drop any lower than 35 degrees Fahrenheit and the average coldest weather should be 45 F (using it short for degrees Fahrenheit). This does seem to worry me since there is a temperature which they prefer. According to Wikipedia, the preferable temperature should be between 1 C (degrees Celsius) to 29 C which converts to 34 F and 85F. It seems that AI am safe as long as there is no freak weather here. I should consider putting them closer to the side of the house to warm their environment and poke some holes for anaerobic process. Tomorrow I will extract the content and poke some holes into the poke. Then I will have some shredded newspaper for their bedding. Actually, I can't do that tomorrow ... or maybe I can. This is quite a dilemma for me because I want to build an efficient vermicomposting bin, but I also want to provide that for the worms right now. For now this will have to do until I decide to make the new bin.
