As you all SHOULD know, this week is Double Gold week. Therefore... A Journal Entry every day! <----- Never mind.
I like to have meh Entries sit around for a few days so I can get comments -coughHINTHINTcough-, but ya know... More Gold!
What to type, what to type...
Ooo! I know!
Warning: May cause barfing.
Last year, the two kewlz classes (that includes meh) went to this place called StoneLab for a field trip (other classes didn't get to go)! 'Twas overnight and shuttle bus, therefore meh second fave field trip ever! &w&
Anyways, we got to dissect a fish. To Feda's disgust which turned into meh glee. She kept making barf-ish noises, but never did barf... Meh partner (Kitty) and I were left to dissect the fish. Then we saw baby fish eggs in the fish (ewww) and Kitty and I were supposed to pop out the fish's eye lens. That's where I draw the line. So Kitty's left squishing the eyeball till it bursts and this black stuff on her fingers was what was the fish's pupil. Eventually we saw this clear little sphere, it was really cool, that was the fish lens.
Now, we went outside and saw this old house faintly resembling the house in an Agatha Christie we had all read, And Then There Were None (otherwise known as Twelve Little Indians, it's really good). The book's about the death of twelve people so we all started guessing who would die as which character.
Finally, we were all exhausted (not really) and went to unpack our stuff at the cabins. Varshmellow, Kitty, Feda, and mehself were assigned to a room (along with Feda's Mom who shall be called FM). So we all called dibs on beds. There were two bunks and a roll-out. So we shared the bunks. Unfortunately, Kitty was the only one willing to go on a top bunk. Varshmellow and Feda both didn't want to fall and meh dad called in to make sure I got a bottom bunk... -_-; So anyways, Varshmellow throws a fit and leaves. We then drag her mattress and put it on the floor for her (I know, we're awesome).
The Poker Game! &----- Very Amusing
So, what are three girls to do in a cabin... Play poker! &w&
Kitty gets kicked out early on and I'm just barely getting by... On meh two last chips. Thing is, this went on for a couple hours, Feda would take all meh chips ('cept those two) and then I'd regain chips, that kind of thing. Feda eventually won, but I luff meh Faithful Chips (that's what I called them).
Then Varshmellow comes stomping in with muddy boots. "Don't! Take off your shoes!" we all cry. But she keeps going and steps on her mattress. Then we all are thinking, "Uhh, that was YOUR mattress..."
So Varshmellow stayed with some other peeps.
Later that day we got thoroughly soaked and left StoneLab, wet and happy. nwn
This has got to be one of meh longest entries ever. owo;
