so here i am
venting my feelings
life has been the usual meeting new people
and as i sit here i listen to wake up by coheed and cambria
a very interesting song
a love song and yet
it has a dark side
like real love
and please don't say "oh another emo journal"
because quite frankly,
it's bullshit
people say everyone goes through depression
it's a "normal" thing
part of life apparently
but if everyone suffers from depression,
then why do most people kill themselves?
cause if everyone has depression sometime in their life,
wouldn't it make sense that everyone would survive?
live life?
go on?
really think about it
if everyone felt the exact same thing, why would there be suicides?
you ask for help for depression,
your parents want to help you,
and yet
all they say is "everyone goes through it"
that's all
and then you have to go see a complete stranger
to talk about your feelings,
as if your uncomfortable enough to talk to your family about it
but it can't be helped
hopefully,
just hopefully,
people will think about it more
and find out
therapists are idiots
who listen to what you say
and tell your parents every single word
and sharing "shocking" details
and getting paid for it too.
but whatever.
