History: As the poor daughter of a CEO’s fourth mistress, Kelsey was perplexed when her father’s wife suddenly visited her and her twin sister to claim them. No matter how much she protested or argued, it almost seemed as though reality had been rewritten so that Kelsey and her sister were the prized legitimate children instead of forgotten mistakes. It was such a fairytale turn of events that Kelsey eventually bit her tongue and enjoyed the real life dream of being whisked away from poverty into upper class luxury.
Of the two, Kelsey was the favorite. Even though they both lived in great comfort, Kelsey was the one that their father asked to accompany him to grand openings or treated to shopping sprees. Naturally, bitter jealousy tore sisterly bonds apart. On the day of the worst of arguments, Kelsey’s sister succumbed to despair and became a fire witch. Kelsey never got to apologize.
Going back to their room and finding it transformed into a hellish amalgam of twisted architecture of burning creatures, Kyubey approached Kelsey and told her that her sibling had lost her battle with the witch. (Technically true, as she had not been able to fend off her inner demons of jealousy and ill-will, allowing her Soul Gem to fully corrupt.)

Personality: Scathing and critical of others, Kelsey looks down on others as unrefined and pathetic. She’s understandably bitter, but that hardly makes her any more pleasant.

Powers: A scalpel roughly the length of her arm that seems to be made of wickedly sharp glass. It’s as cold and deadly as jagged ice.
Final Attack: Sectio Schema – Her scalpel doubles in length and becomes two-bladed. With this final attack, Kelsey is a precise berserker. She tears apart witches with the same surgical precision as someone dissecting a lab animal, only at a very fast pace with little regards to how her own health is faring during this attack. No matter how badly injured she gets, Kelsey can’t stop until the witch has been thoroughly sliced to ribbons. If this is impossible and the witch does not die of being vivisected, then Kelsey is doomed to continue her futile shredding as the witch kills her.
