Taski let his gaze wander until it came upon the planet that they were rapidly approaching. Soon they would dock in some strange port town to re-supply and restock the ship for another voyage through the quadrant. He smirked at the thought of getting to explore the port town while everyone else loaded the fuel, food, and other supplies. He unconciously began to fiddle around with one of the rings on one hand while he stared at the planet.

As they finally landed, Taski made his way down the plank past the others carrying barrels and small crates. The larger cargo was being loaded by big machines that he glanced over quickly as he walked into the town. Some people stared, and glared, at him warily as he passed their shops. From one of them, he bought a pouch of dek berrys, dime-sized greenish white berrys that held a bittersweet taste. He tied the pouch to his belt and continued walking through the crowded streets. With the smile and unheard appologies he was giving people he passed and bumped into, no one would suspect him to be the one that a merciless captain gave orders to reduce entire cruise liners to splinters.

Lestat smiled. Strangely his smiles were never large, unless there was something absolutely hilarious going on, then you'd be able to see those rare large smiles. The smile now was slight. He couldn't help but agree with the two. Gabe's voice and the rest of their playing made the band great. Not to mention the little side-dish of vampire talent. He just listened to the conversation in silence, as always.

"Yes, I think we'll do well, too. But, Gabe, try to keep your ego in check more often; it's been slipping through the barricade lately," He joked with a laugh. Yeah, he was bold, but usually in a good way. Sometimes he just had to speak his mind about things. "Ah, just ignore my comment. We all know how pertinacious I've been." He waved it off. "Well, I'll be in the upstairs study if anyone needs me. Bonne nuit, mes amis." He nodded his head to both of them and headed out of the room and up the stairs to the study.

When he got there, he walked around and looked at the books on the shelves. What to read, what to read... How about Faulkner? No, I've read his works too many times already, he thought as he browsed. When he had looked trhough all the shelves without finding anything that he hadn't already read, he just let himself fall back onto a small sofa and took a silver ball off of the coffee table and began tossing it in the air above him, always catching it smoothly and throwing it back into the air.

Jura relaxed her tensed body once she was on on the loading ramp. She leaned her head back and closed her eyes, calming down after the excitment of the battle. After a few moments, she sighed and pulled up the diagnotics again. After she read the ammunition levels, she laughed so loud that she wouldn't be surprised if anyone outside of the mech would hear her. Only one round left and that was a thirty milimeter round. She laughed even harder when Lillian slammed into the bay's rear wall. When she could finally stop laughing, she wiped a tear from her face. "Oh man, what an adrenaline rush." She was still chuckling a bit as she said it.
