Size and location:Near the Temple just off the main street.
Description: The Blind Owl sells various Chinese medicines including dried snake, scorpion, turtle, livers, hearts and many other lovely organs to chose from. The shop is full of herbs which are stacked into glass containers against the back wall along with a similar shelf containing various crystals and stones. Upon entering the porch holds a container of fireflies. The building is an old styled house with a single front window allowing insight to whats inside the little shop with a little deck at the front of the house. The front door has a moon symbol on one side and sun on the other which is placed onto a wooden sign. Moon means the store is open, sun means the store is closed. It is only open at night time. The inside decor isn't based around Japanese styled buildings and houses, its more medieval European in design so it is quite distinctive in appearance. The Aroma of herbs is strong when coming nearby as well as whatever Chiasa is brewing at the time. The house consists of three rooms, the front being the main store and the back being the crystal healing room while the third is located upstairs which is Chiasa's private study. The stairs leading up to this room turn to the right four steps from the top which leads directly inside the study, there is no door just an open designed room. Inside the study is a large oak desk covered in books and scrolls with many crystals weighing down the pages to keep them open, a bed located at the back of the room.Many smaller shelves with Kanji written on the draws hold slightly more dangerous ingredients that aren't for usual customers. The room itself is fairly messy and this is where Chiasa studies, sleeps and spends her day in. Feel free to let your curiosity lead you inside the shop.

Title: Building The Blind Owl
Briefing: Chiasa Saitou has just entered the Black Wolf Village and is in need of building materials as well as construction of her shop in order to start business. This merchant is willing to pay quite a hefty amount to those who wish to gather timber and stone as well as putting the building together.
Objective: First help Chiasa find the perfect location within the village for her shop to go. Recieve the blue print for the house construction from Chiasa Saitou she can usually be found inside the Inn lazing about somewhere.
Second is to gather timber from the lumber mill, enough to construct a timber frame for a two large roomed house.
Third to gather stone and clay, enough to finish the walls.
Fourth, arm yourselves with construction tools and get to work and make sure you build it strong!
Level: D or C either is fine. Shinobi may want to look at taking one experienced Chunin, or a Jounin if they so feel like helping the Genin, with them due to the wolves in the forest.
Reward: Each participant will receive 50,000 in gold for their hard work.
Notes: There is a minimum amount of posts for this mission. I am putting a 8 post minimum on the gathering of materials and a 6 post minimum for the shops creation for each person participating. A house isn't built in just one post and a shop certainly takes time. The lumber mill is a dangerous place to go and stone will be exceptionally hard to gather bringing it back into the village.
