Baron is well muscled and is lightly tanned, his face is oval shaped with a Greek nose.
Baron wears silver armor around his neck and shoulders that is decorated in a dark red. He has a pair of matching gauntlets, and connected to his armor is a blue cape. Below that he has a gray shirt that is tucked into dark pants, which are in turn tucked into black boots. Along with this, he has a large belt that carries his pokeballs on his right side, and an arming sword on his left side.
A deep voice tells of Baron's nature, that he is a man who takes himself and the world seriously. As a part of this, he seeks a great honor and plans to shake the foundation that Dragon tamers are the mightiest of trainers. Above this, he seeks to allow new legends to come about and he actively seeks those who might be true heroes that have come to replace the myths of old. With a sense of purpose, a clear goal and powerful presence he sometimes is viewed as a conqueror in the spirit of old kings, but this is not reflected by his family history.

Baron was an average child, his family held a home just outside Canalave City, and he was good at making friends. His defining moment came when he was near the age of seven and he visited with his grandparents in Eterna City. While visiting there, his grandparents taught him of the legends that Eterna City kept alive. After his return home Baron began visiting the library often where he would read many myths and legends.
He began to wonder why there are no heroes in the current times, and gradually came to the decision that people either held that glory for themselves or clung to the past while fearing the path to real glory. He began training, his purpose was to inspire the quest for glory in today's world, and his father gave him plenty of encouragement. When Baron reached proper age his father was the one to give him his first pokemon, a Squirtle. This Squirtle was actually the child of Baron's parents' Blastoises.
Before stepping on his path Baron was given this advice from his father, "When you begin it is easy to want to capture every pokemon you see, but remember that doing so disrupts the balance of this world. You will know a companion when you see their eyes, you shall do combat with them and win their respect. As you win the respect of your pokemon, so to shall you come to respect yourself. Treat pokemon well, and in turn you shall be treated well."
This carried with Baron, and he traveled for days searching for that look, but did not see it in any of the wild pokemon he encountered. That was until he reached Pastoria City and came face to face with that Croagunk, which finally set him on the path of a true pokemon trainer. Since that day Baron has done battle with a great number of pokemon and captured a fair quantity, but he has still yet to find that glory he desperately seeks.
Family: Baron's father Rich was previously a trainer that specialized in water pokemon who went on a short journey before meeting Baron's mother, Shannon. Rich had a hard time figuring out what he wanted to do, so he figured he would go on a journey to find some sort of purpose. His first pokemon was a squirtle, and after that he captured a few more water pokemon early on. It was a few weeks before Rich made it to Canalave City during a fire, there he was able to put his pokemon to good use aiding the local fire department and its volunteers.
Among those volunteers was Shannon, she only had a couple pokemon but her main pokemon was Wartortle. She was a few years older than Rich, but they were both young at the time and after the fire was out she spent some time talking with Rich. This proved to be a big influence on Rich, because when he saw Shannon's determination during the fire he felt that purpose and wanted to share in that. Rich would volunteer with the fire department there, and over the years he would become close to, and eventually marry, Shannon.
Rich was an excitable child, but he calmed down as he became an adult due to his closeness to the fire chief. Rich learned a lot of things from the old man before his passing, but Rich made sure to keep his lessons alive. He would eventually become a chief himself, and start a program in Canalave to teach kids how to be fire fighters. Rich was not the first to create such a program but he was the one to start it in Canalave City.
Shannon was always a smart girl and a far better trainer than Rich, but she did not care to leave her hometown. She taught Rich how to be a more competent trainer, and together they learned how to raise and care for pokemon in general. After marrying Rich she has been keeping the home and running a little daycare of sorts, as Baron has sent more pokemon home she has been able to use their help to care for more pokemon including helping injured wild pokemon they find in the surrounding area.
After Baron started his journey his parents had another child, a daughter named Lana. She has not shown an interest in training pokemon, but seems to enjoy helping Shannon care for the pokemon. This is especially true when she is able to get Crawdaunt involved. Lana keeps trying to get Baron to give her Crawdaunt, but he insists she is too young and that Crawdaunt is too wild for him to give to her.

Information: Having been with Baron for many years, she has come to feel like a sword for Baron. This has made her feel as though she were a counterpart to Blastoise, and when outside of combat she stays close to Baron and Blastoise. Rather friendly beyond this, but will keep stern if she feels a stranger has aggravated Blastoise.

Information: Stoic in demeanor, he views himself as Baron's bodyguard. He very rarely allows himself to stray from Baron's side when outside of his ball, only doing so when specifically ordered or if in combat. If Baron's other pokemon are part of the battle, he will guard them as well.

Information: Fussy over his appearance, so he tries to avoid anything that will mess it up. Previously he was rebellious, but after an incident with Baron's Skarmory he calmed down and began following Baron's commands. There are occasional outbursts from Staraptor, but for the most part he keeps to himself at this point.

Information: Often spending a lot of time quiet and watching the actions of its companions, she is rather calm but ready to put down opponents in battle. When at play, Galvantula will n** at her playmates with little static shocks and run away if they chase. If they do not, she will crawl onto them and try to get them to run so she can enjoy a little ride.

Information: As the first pokemon that Baron caught, she has served with Baron for a long time. She has become laid-back, and feels no reason to be too active unless in combat during which she readily demonstrates her strength. When outside of battle she spends a lot of time relaxing though, so Toxicroak tends to avoid doing tasks and requests.

Information: Stubborn and headstrong, she tries to bully her ways through battles. Outside of combat she will sometimes start to wander off on her own if left out of her ball too long, constantly seeking some way to demonstrate her strength. If she is not used in battle for a long time, she will not listen to Baron's orders and attack on her own.

Information: Exceptionally proud and always ready to show his skills in combat, this has caused a minor bit of strife between him and Baron. Baron has been highly frustrated in attempting to train this bird, but after a time Baron accepted that Pidgeot's pride was what made him great and stopped trying to change it. Pidgeot stays proud an independent, but has come to see respect his fellow pokemon that are with Baron.

Information: Once a hot-headed powerhouse, this pokemon has calmed down following an incident where Baron interrupted a battle with a nasty trainer. The other trainer ordered his pokemon to keep attacking Nidoking after he could not fight anymore, Baron was forced to enter the battle himself and stand between the opponent and Nidoking long enough for Baron to recall Nidoking. Witnessing this, Nidoking allowed himself to be fully tamed by Baron as a form of thanks. After being tamed Nidoking shows an incredible amount of reservation, capable of doing more delicate tasks without becoming agitated. As such he seems slow to anger but this doesn't cause him to seem inattentive.

Information: This old tentacruel had lived for a good time before being captured by Baron, at this point it is mostly retired and performs slowly. He is very competent in combat, rarely needing instruction from Baron but will follow orders. As an older pokemon he tends to watch over his younger teammates, not joining in their games but will grab them if he senses danger.

Information: This playful haunter stalked Baron for several nights before he decided to take her with him, she misses Baron when he does not keep her in his party. To alleviate any problems, Baron has begun calling home more frequently to say hello and let Haunter know he is okay. She often pranks her fellow pokemon, even in combat, which sometimes causes problems.

Information: Has been designated as a second in command by Baron, left to keep his other pokemon in top shape while Baron is away. She is relaxed about this though, merely suggesting for the others to practice while she stands off to the side and observes. Serves as the organizer and contact with Baron's family who keep Baron's pokemon when the pokemon are not traveling with Baron.

Information: A dwarf sized Dunsparce that Baron found injured in a cavern and carried to a Pokemon Center, there is little to tell as it remains silent constantly. She appears helpful enough despite this, and does seem to show a fondness for Baron.

Information: Extremely peaceful and helpful to his fellow pokemon, when going to battle for Baron he is a bit hesitant out of fear that he may hurt another. Mostly he prefers to use his abilities to help the others train, help around the house, or to entertain spectators.

Information: Skarmory has kept most of its habits from the wild, but come to accept his new home. He commonly serves as a watchdog of sorts to keep an eye on things around the home property. This is actually the father of Baron's Staraptor, the mother was temporarily cared for by Baron's family before it left on its own.

Information: Extremely high in energy, nervous and usually running around. Breloom is quite helpful during training because despite his size he packs a hard hit, and is entirely eager to expend its energy. He is rather friendly with the rest of Baron's family and their house guests while the family is around, but when they are out of sight he tends to retreat from any visitors.

Information: Ninjask has become fiercely loyal to Baron, not minding being left in reserve for extended periods of time at his command. She trains on a daily basis, doing what it can to test the other pokemon by using her great speed to force the others to their limits.

Information: Shedinja spends a lot of time alone in silence, never training with the others. Despite this it keeps loyal to direct commands from Baron. When left to its own devices, it floats around stalking whichever person or pokemon captures its attention at the time. Only on rare occasion has it actually gotten into action with others outside of battle, and on all those instances it stole objects and carried them off to Baron which resulted in Baron tracking down the owners and returning it.

Despite this Baron continues to try to tame this pokemon, even though it seems that Baron's younger sister is the only one that can give him commands.

Information: Likes to play pranks and as such tends to be a helper for Haunter, but if the prank goes awry he tries to make up for it by doing little favors for the victims. When not training or being silly he likes to find cold places to take naps.
