This story is mine and yet it is not mine. It carries no copyrighted material but it cannot be fully mine. This belongs to the entire “Elemental Boarding School For The Gifted” team, as it is their creation that has inspired me to write this story. I based it off of an old RP I had on Gaia, but it was soon just two people doing all the Rping.

PROLOUGE:
I loved her, and I was willing to die to protect her. The nagging idea that she could protect herself didn't even come into my mind until a long period of time passed, after my great rage. She was mine and NOBODY would ever take her from me again.

Chapter 1: Those Magic Words
I thought my reason to live was gone. My wife, my school, my crown, and my peace. This war I had started continued for much longer then I would have thought possible. I was a broken man, one who saw nothing left in his life, so why continue the misery that it was? No matter what I tried, I just could not bring myself to be able to take my own life. Besides, there was always a chance at redemption right? There was but one last chance for me, and I didn't know if it would send me back down this road or on a better one.
I left my base on Mars with just my family sword and a suitcase with a week's worth of clothes. No sooner had my ship gotten out of orbit then the large complex blew up. Everything I had been dreaming of for nearly a month now could have just happened had I stayed a little longer. This was just typical, and I could think of many other times that fate had left me to suffer.
I checked my ship's navigational computer to find out how long it would be before I reached my desired destination. It showed that it would take two days to get there at current speed, but it was running at just a fraction of what the engines could really take. Two days... I thought. Two days to prepare for a meeting....but how to go about it? I'm sure with her resources that she will know that my base exploded, so how do you arrange a meeting when you are dead?
I stopped thinking about it, though now I believe that I could have easily come up with a solution. I fixed myself a quick dinner on the on board kitchen and after dinner I showered and went to sleep. Of all the times to be a genius when it comes to technology, this was the time that I liked it best during. My ship was the was the size of my typical robot carrier (about 200 square feet) and yet the inside of the cabin was unbelievably big, nearly 2000 square feet!

A starship streaked into the atmosphere of the planet known only as Anthopa (a planet named after the residents of the only county) little more then six hours from when news came in that a large section of Mars was bombarded with thousands of missiles. A body was dropped out of the ship and it fell right in front of one of the Anthopan Royal Police. He was shocked, as the body appeared to be in perfect shape and no harm done to it, and the gem on the hilt of the person's sword shown, despite it being in the dead of the night. Not knowing what else to do, he called up his supervisor and explained the situation. The supervisor told him to document everything and take the body to the ruling family. The officer obliged and took the body to the residing queen, Queen Godessiana Elenora Anthopa the Fifth (more commonly know as Godess).

My head hurt, as did my hands, my arms, my legs...you get the picture. I heard two different voices discussing something about a body, which I assumed (correctly) was me. I recognized the female voice, but the male voice I had never heard before I my life. The person standing next to me (the male voice) nudged my shoulder with the blunt end of his spear. I didn't move, my limbs still trying to get enough power to do just about anything at this point. The male (whom I now assumed to be a guard or something like that) poked me with the spear again, this time he got the palm of my hand. This, of course, lead to his demise by his own spear. I rose up from the ground, eyes still closed, and addressed the female voice I had recognized.
“Not how I was planning for this meeting to occur, Godess!” I opened my eyes as I said her name (with much emphasis), knowing that it was her before before I even spoke. It was the sight that surprised me. The Godess I knew avoided dresses like the devil (well, not really, seeing as how her brother overthrew the old devil and became the new one), yet here she was in a long, deep purple dress, her hair draping over the sides of her throne. Her eyes shown as though she were actually happy with what she was living with now. I started to wonder if the real Godess had died and somebody else was pretending to be her for the sake of the kingdom.
Her eyes dulled as she realized who it was standing before her. “Our intelligence showed that you died yesterday, on that stupid Mars base of yours.” She smirked. “Or were you never really there? Only one ship left, and it was one of your standard sized robot carriers.”
I was sure it was here at this point, because few knew that it was my base. It supposedly belonged to NASA. I smirked before unleashing my retort. “At least I seem to have finally surpassed your level of technology, something you never thought I would do. That ship is nearly a hundred times larger inside then it looks on the outside.” I quickly realized I was using my business voice (kind of appropriate for the current conversation) and it was here that I returned to using my usual tone of voice. “Its good to see you again.”
She dismissed the guards that had rushed up to prevent me from killing her, and she then stood up. I was so used to thinking of her as a student, a rival, an uneasy friend, that I never truly understood how much being the queen meant to her subjects, and as such I remained standing while everybody else got on their knees.. She turned her back on me and walked through the left hand door at the back of the room (the side with the throne) without stopping to even say “Bye.”
I followed her, at least I attempted to. I got stopped right outside the door by the two burly Anthopans guarding the door, each wielding a claymore bigger then me.
