This is my first Journal on this Gaia account, so I will talk about Death Note. 4laugh
I will explain what it's about if you don't know!
First of all, I love Death Note the best! Why you ask? Well, it's a very well tought out Manga and Anime. It has a storyline that will leave you saying "I wonder what will happen next". Then once you conclude what you think will happen, it twist into the unthinkable(sorta).It is also very funny at points. If you are not
very good with,uh how should I put this? If you're not good with uh very intellegent things, then this will be pretty confusing.
In this story, a very intellegent young boy named Light Yagami was ranting about how the world was rotten and how he wished it would change. But a shinigami (god of death) dropped his killer notebook and Light saw it. After class he went to observe and laughed at what he thought was a sick joke, but he tested it and found out that the powers were real. Whoevers name is written in this note shall die. So he decided to kill criminals to make the world a better place.
He met Ryuk, the shinigami, and told him his plan. People soon found out that criminals were dropping dead and Called him 'Kira' which means killer. The Japanese police had no choice but to use their 'trump card' as they call him. But he is a very intellegent detective named L. L soon finds out where Kira is located and the a battle of wits unravel.
That is all I will do for the description, read the manga or watch the anime to find out more.

By the way, L is my favorite anime character EVER! He is so unique and don't forget EPIC AWESOMENESS!
