An Un-Reasonable Death

I'm scared.I'm surrounded by darkness.I'm scared."Haaa!!"A shout echoed out in Medusa's Lair.Maka swung the scythe at Yuhi.Yuhi, of course, dodged."You know~Swinging it does nothing~"Yuhi said and giggled.Maka swung it again, Yuhi jumped on it."So weak, you can't even bring back her~"Yuhi said mockingly.Maka growled as a voice echoed in her head."It's a promise!"A picture of Maka and Yuhi doing a pinky promise shrieked in her head."Give.her.Back!!"Maka screamed and swung it again.Medusa was nearby.She was doing a sneak attack, of course.She got a mob of arrows, Maka turned around to see it heading towards her.For one moment, Yuhi regained herself."Watch out!!"The scream echoed, and a slash sound emitted into the area.The smell of black and regular blood poured out."Ma..ka..."The arrows were pulled out.Medusa walked out."A simple sacrifice, What a disappointment."She snapped her fingers, and a grey figure walked out."Yes?"Medusa smiled."Carry me away."The black figure nodded, a set of black wings grew out of her back.The grey and black figure flew away.
Maka focused back to her attention on Yuhi.Who was on the ground, bleeding."Y-Yuhi!"She dropped the scythe and ran to her.She picked her up and hugged her."Yuhi?"Soul turned to his human form, looking like about to cry."Ma..ka.."Yuhi slightly smiled."Our promise...it's finished.."Maka looked at Yuhi if she were crazy."No...Please..don't..go..!"Tears poured out of Maka's eyes and dripped onto Yuhi's pale face."Thank..You.."Yuhi's hand dropped and her body felt heavy."Yuhi?"Maka quivered."Yuhi..? Yuhi?! Please answer me!"Maka held her tight."Yuhi!!"The scream reached to the outside.Which made the rest of the group worried.Maka let her go, and looked at her closed eyes."..Someone..save..Yuhi.."Tears dripped on Yuhi's chest.
When Maka was finished, Soul walked to her."Why..Why!!"He shouted.Yuhi was smiling.She died smiling.Soul picked up Yuhi's body, now a corpse.He walked out of Medusa's lair.Maka followed with her head down.When everyone looked at them, Soul's and Maka's hands were bloody from touching Yuhi's blood.Soul nodded, as if telling the group,without talking."She's dead."Death said."Dead.."Black Star looked tortured.Tsubaki began to cry and fall to her knees.Patti's and Liz's eyes began to water.
