Appearance: [x] (Minus the vague lightning bolt tattoo) Five foot nine and wiry, she’s actually quite strong for her lanky frame.
Clothing: Usually mugged off of some poor sucker. Generally ragged tank tops or short-sleeved shirts, fitting knee-length shorts, sneakers/running shoes, and some sort of long, bulky coat over all that. If she wears long pants or sleeves, she likes to tape them down to her limbs. She wears the jacket to conceal her assault rifle which is secured to her back by a type of harness.

History
Biography: Born to a young prostitute in a Black Sector brothel, Deena was actually raised with other children in the brothel’s nursery. She had a fairly standard childhood. Well, standard for the Black Sector. Introduced to vice and violence at an early age, the young girl coped with stress and anxiety in an unusual way - she would giggle or outright guffaw whenever she felt upset or scared. Deena never went to school but was taught reading, writing, and basic math by the Madame of the brothel, who acted as their babysitter and teacher while the childrens’ mommies worked. Other than hearsay and whatever documentaries she saw or few books she read, Deena’s education went no further.

Around the age of eight, she and her little friends spent more time outside of the safety of the brothel, and wandered the streets, climbing buildings and running all over the place. The older they got, the more daring their stunts became, with Deena in particular relishing the adrenaline and besting her peers in informal competitions of skill. But there also came the question of how to make a living as she became a teenager. Rather than follow in her mother’s footsteps (which most of the girls born and raised in the brothel did), Deena turned to violent crime as an income source. It started with standard beat-downs for cash and goods, then mugging and carjacking (she can even hotwire older vehicles), and eventually she saved up enough to buy her first illegal firearm - an assault rifle she takes very good care of, and knows how to take apart and put together with her eyes closed. Becoming adept with her rifle and other guns after a few years, Deena graduated to bigger, riskier endeavors like organizing and participating in bank robberies.

Personal
Demeanor: She was nicknamed “Hyena” because of her near-constant giggling. Deena never bothers telling anyone what she finds so amusing, and will dismiss inquiries with, “If you have to ask then you don’t get it, and won’t get it.” Because of her laughing and smiling, her first impression is often of someone who’s happy-go-lucky. What can be disturbing is when she laughs when something horrible happens, or when she does something horrible. Deena’s rather offbeat and erratic; competitive one minute and apathetic the next. She may save your life, but she’ll probably steal your car. When not laughing or on the verge of laughing, her face is smooth but slightly malicious looking, and is very terse with her words and actions. In a fight, if Deena thinks she’ll loose, she’ll just run away and abandon whoever might have been relying on her.
Likes: Her mom, hanging out with prostitutes, guns, money, running, climbing, tasty/spicy food, funny people
Dislikes: Being mistaken for a prostitute, those who upset prostitutes, people who ask what she’s laughing at, clothes that are too baggy/tight, being out of ammo, fair fights, getting hurt by others

Flaws: Untrustworthy, prone to violence, alienates others, uneducated, no skills with computers or advanced technology, no shame/honor, abandons endeavors if the plan goes wrong instead of readjusting it
