The user may sacrifice "up to" 425 stamina to gain 1,700 chakra. Stamina lost in this manner can not be healed until after combat.
---Description: A circular metal surgical backpack with several small but very sharp needles inside. These needles on command can sting into a ninja's back and into their spine. They then pump a complex mix of chemicals into the users body, allowing Chakra to be produced faster than normal while the chemicals surge through them.
