Dreams Diverged Starter



A yawn caught in his throat, Kai shifted, his arms now an uncomfortable makeshift headrest. His eyes fluttered open for a second, but sleep still held him tightly in its grasp. Managing to break the hold upon him, Kai's eyes shot open. It wasn't with alarm that he woke until he realized that he was no longer in his bed. He was surrounded. Thankfully, by his friends. He breathed a sigh of relief, sitting up now, taking in the lush scenery. A hand running through his raven black hair, his green eyes blinked a few times.

John's blue eyes opened the moment he sensed movement next to him. He was a surprising heavy sleeper, though he could tel if someone was near, even when in a dream state. He was astonished, finding Kai next to him, but even more so when he realized that he was no longer in his room. He didn't know where he was, or why his friends were there with him; he only knew that something strange seemed to be occurring.

Tyler's massive body struggled to move, getting itself out of a state of deep sleep. Of the three boys, Tyler was by far the largest and strongest. The cogs of his mind had already been set into motion but his body lazily reacted. He was awake though motionless. His head turned side to side, his eyes widening as he found himself lying between Kai and a girl that in the darkness of the deep green forest surrounding them, he could not identify. Sitting up finally, he yawned, speaking up first. "What's going on?"
