As he walked Ziggy came to a clearing. He had not been thinking about where he had been going at the time and suddenly found himself at awater clans village.

Aki's light blue eyes darted up to meet with the foriegn boys. her delicate smile fell into a concerned frown as the water she pooled in her hand dropped to her petite feet. "Who are you." She declared, taking a step in the opposite direction of him.

seeing this beautiful girl befor him Ziggy did not know what to say. So for a few seconds he stood there like an idiot. When eh found his voice again he said." I am called Ziggy please don't turn me in for walking on your lands."

She tilted her head, the soft brown ringlets that framed her face bounced as they slipped off of her shoulder. "Well ziggy.." She cautiously walked towards him, her azure-water eyes scanning over him as she lowered her voice to something of a whisper. "what Are you doing here?"

wh-wh-well I just went for a walk throught the woods. Its not like im running forom my family because they want me to marry into the air clan or any thing.

Aki giggled and held up her index finger resting it on her soft pink lower lip. "How old are you ziggy?" Her left foot slipped out of her dress as it nervously twiddled the opposite foot.

I am 17 I'm sorry how cna you be so beautiful father says the wate clan is evil because they kill our clansmen. If i am killed I hope its by you though Because maybe the gods will smile apon me if im killed by beauty

Aki chimed, her embarassed giggle breaking the small amount of silence that came after he spoke. "Evil?" She raked her pearly white teeth over her lower lip in an innocent fashion, the apples of her cheeks flushing a delicate pink. "We're as civil as you, But equally as afraid as well." She admitted, hearing the same rumors about his clan. "...Who are you to marry?"

still barly able to contol his voice he spoke. Dad wants me to marry the air clan leaders daughter. Now im a fighter bred andborrn but she is pure evil she can't cook she can't hunt and she can't fight. Well all that and she has a nasty temper. uMM do you mind if we walk away from here I kinda don't feel like dying today

"I've met the girl, She really is quite unbearable." She laughed at his concern. "I happen to be the daughter of our clan leader. And i am no weak soul." She winked at him as she flicked her wrist up, drawing water up towards him in a controlled, and elegant fashion. "But if you're worried, then yes, we can go somewhere else."

As ziggy watched the water he almost could not help himself. "Trust me when I say im no weakling myself." Making a small rose out of flames and handing it to you. "here it will never go out unless i die and will never burn you

Aki was filled with utter glee as she watched the beautiful display, Eager to touch and toy with the flower. "They'll have my head if i get caught with this." She giggled, Her eyes scanning over the whispy fire rose.

Aki shifted her weight foreward as she leaned closer to him, nodding a little bit, Still cautious with the boy. "Yes?"

Aki looked at him in shock, Unsure of how to respond. "I..." Her hand found her elbow, rubbing her forearm in a shy fashion. "Our parents would never allow it." She laughed. "We'd start a war."

I will fight any clan for the sake of one who I care for. I know we just met butyou have shown compassion and courage and tenderness in this time and i want nothing more then to protect you

"Welll..." Her eyes darted to her feet, then to him again, her mind racing. " You must ask my father, i can't disgrace my family." She held out her delicate hand, a stream of water starting around her palm signifing that she isnt currently open to bachelors. "Come"


Becomeing tence for a second he made a flame and turned it into half a wing on his back. and putting one on the oppeset side of her to signify she was the one he hoped to marry. Taking her hand he followed her. Feeling the stares of her clans men on him as he walked



Aki was unsure of what to do with herself, she'd never been with a man, Much less one of a rivallry clan. "what will father think." She thought to herself as she dreaded every step towards the small palace like building that decorated the middle of the town. "Oh, im sorry." She laughed nervously, his hand damp with the water she spun idly. "We're close."

Its ok as his skin started to turn red form built up heat from being nevous. They where about to try something that had never been tried before the only was clans normally mixed was water and earth and air and fire but Ziggy would do all he could to make the girl his own

She instinctively withdrew her hand, the warmth of his skin was alarming. She blushed, remembering where he was from, and who he exactly was. "Oh, we're quite different arent we." she giggled, turning to face him as they arrived at the building, both of her hands wrapping around his. "Please, be respectful, and let me talk at first, He can be a little stubborn at times."

ok But give me a second lightly pulling free he shot a burst of flames straint up into the sky to annouch himself to the leader of the clan as custum told them to do and to show he was there in peace.

Aki inhaled a deep breath as she slipped her hands over the double doors allowing herself, and the foriegner inside. "Father.." She said happily, Love in her voice. "I have..." She tucked her silk hair behind her ear. "Someone i want you to meet, Be nice..He's special." She pleaded to him with her large eyes, melting him as she always had since she was a little girl.

Walking in Ziggy droped to one knee and offered the fire in a crystil he wore around his neck as his life flame to show he meant no harm. I am Ziggeroth D santanose. I come seeking your daughter in marrage please sir give your blessing and let us live together

The gargantuan male stood, almost insulted by the boys presence. "Akiene! Is this true? What right do you have to bring him here?" He screamed, causing something of a scene.

"Father!" She objected as her father rose his hand to ziggy. "Do not!" She delcared, throwing her body in front of him, Her frail body acting as a wall along with the water that rushed to her sides.

stepping past her. Sir!! I mean no disrespect But I have come here in respect and honor But in that same honor if you wish to strike me I will not stand Idle I will not let you disrespect me in that way now if we may peaceful talk then let us I am here with out my fathers knowing so I do not represent the fire clans in this meeting I am only me

The large noble man, slowly sat down back upon the guilded pillow that decorated his throne room. "Fair enough child.." He replied, sighing heavily as he attempted to compose himself. "I understand." He laced his fingers together. "What makes you want my daughters hand? There are pleanty fine women in your village. And pleanty fine men in ours for her."

she is kind and couragous why just when i met ehr she did not flee orturn me in for being on wate lands. she has takin my heart and i fear not for it i may not have known her long but i would trust her with my lifes flame. to prove his point he took the crystil off his neck and handed it to her. KNow sir you may or may not know if that fire goes out i die there is not i could do if she put -
the flame out I would not be able to stop her. i trust her with my life need more be said?

His eyes rolled in an unwilling fashion, motioning towards the crystal. "Son, are you always so reckless with your life flame?" He asked, trying to find reasons that he would be unfit for his little angel. "Aki..." He said in a gentle voice. "Why..Does your mother know?"
Aki shook her head, bowing before him in respect, fully aware that was she was doing was out of the norm, and dangerous. "No father, you are the only one."

"I hope that's true son.." He sighed once again, Motioning for him to stand. " I don't want my daughter becoming a widow so soon." He forced a smile as he stood, offering the boy his hand. "Allow me to speak with your father, and the elders of my village."

Umm sir speaking with my father might need to wait umtill I take her to meet him I ask you let me show him the same respect that we have shown you will you grant me this favor?

"I shall, but i ask you to do it Promptly boy. This is no small matter, You're asking a lot of myself, and your father. Aki as well.." His voice trailed off, Unsure of what the near future had in store.

alright then we take our leave dropping to his knee again in respect after they left the tent he shot off a bigger and hotter jet of fire in built up anger at being talked down at but after letting the anger go in flames he was fine. so how did i do?

"Fine, I'm glad you held your ground. He would have been even less willing to let me be with you if you were just a push over." She laughed a little and nudged him, Taking his hand once more, Making a concious decision not to form water as she always had.

you have to watch after that crystil as if to where your child though im kinda now ready to die yet

"Please take it, I understand that i've got your heart, and you have mine. I'm almost always in waters company, allow me to hold it later, When i'm out of my habit." She looked at him in apology, frightened of the responsibility he allowed her to take.

No I trust you besides it is the only thing that will get you out of the fire clans alive if i die. I can see it already Father will make this into a fight and I am sorry he will probly be rude to you since you are form the watr clan

"Please allow me to hold my own if things get out of control, Though i am willing to consider myself yours, I am not willing to make my clan look weak, nor submissive." She said. her eyes straight foreward, her mind still busy.


It has to be me in the fight it will be for his blessing and for our honor soon they where in the fire lands and where stopped but a few hunters who had there arrows trained on her but with a sign from ziggy they lowered them and went on there way
getting to the tent flap Ziggy looked Aki Make a jet of water to announce your self so they know you came in peace

"Of course," she said, Her hands lifting into the air, An elegant twisting stream shooting in the air with utter grace, and presence. "Ready?"

walking in Ziggy said father this is Aki she is to be my bride she is of the water clan and we ahve come seeking you blessing in it.

Sitting in the tent Ziggy's mother and father sat . they where the heads of the fire clan and had many weapons in the tent after a few seconds Ziggy's father burst out laughing ." you jest me'boy you knpw you are to marry to the daughter of the air clans what could this water wench do that she could not? Sh- Slience boy I wish to hear form the wench

Aki looked over her shoulder at zig, then back to the intimidating father that demanded she speak. She bowed before him, showing nothing but utter respect for the man. " I am heir to the Water clans throne, i am also the woman that posesses your sons heart. I believe our union would not only be a large step closer to uniting our seperate clans, but would make your son, and myself happy. -
" She hesitated. " and well, I will always strive to make yourself, Your lovely wife, and the family happy as well, As i'll be part of your family, if you'll allow it."

what proof have you of his heart this seems all a gameso he can get out of marring the air girl

aki clasped her hands around the Crystal ziggy gave her, and bowed her head, presenting it to the prying man.
when Donovan d santanose saw the sons life flame in her hands he looked to his son YOU-YOU YOU how could you do this to bring dishonor to the clans. You son are our best fighter aside form meself why

Aki rose off of her knee, Nodding as her gentle eyes met that of donovans wife. She nodded in respect for the woman, willing to comply with whatever they needed her to do.

as the men took off for the battle ring Dawn sat there and looked at the girl. I really have no test for you my son trusts you and thats all I need. But i give these warnings he is my son if you ever hurt him you will have all the fire clans hunting you until you die he has put much trust in you which is rare for him to trust any but i must say you will not be very popular with the women .

Aki laughed humbly, Her voice honey. "Thank you ma'am. You have my word that i will not stray from him, i will give him my heart as fully as he gives me his own." Her palms pressed together as she bowed once again, Water pulsing around her cupped hands.

"I'm an exceptional cook, Though, I'm not experienced in a lot of the food your village prepares, If it wasnt a burden to you, I'd be utterly delighted to prepare a few meals with you." She smiled happily, Warming up to the kind woman already.

back at the battle arena Ziggy and Donovan squared off. doth drawing swords and getting ready. They soon where at it fully they fought long and hard both scoring many hits but none able to make the other give up finally near the end of te fight both weary his father asked him IS SHE REALLY WORTH YOU DYIN FER LAD? as soon as he said this a blast of hea twent through the entire village making -
making all the clans people look out of there tents to see what happened in the arena Ziggy had won the fight with his fahteron the ground with out his blade and with fang on his neck

Aki stood, Offering her hand to the elder woman. "I didn't mean to bring about chaos, or to make the men you hold dearest to you, fight." she apologized sincerely.

oh no they do this a lot but Ziggy never wins. that when the blast happens. Oh no somehting has happened. within a few miniutes both Ziggy and Donovan walked in both cut and bleeding form my spots both laughing and joking with each other Oy Dawn the boy finally won once. Looking to Aki Welcome to de family girl

Akis eyes widened as she sprung foreward, Bowing to the man, Unsure of just how close she could get. She didnt want to push anything, because she was sure they were still walking on pins and needles. "Thank you so much sir!, My father will be in contact with you." She smiled again, offering him a token of her appreciation, a small bird made from clear, still water.

Though he was still bloody he pulled her in for a hug . Calm the formalities girl The boy has proven his and yer worth to him so your family now no matter what happens ye have a place with the fire clans now honey we could use alittle feedin and healin

She laughed and graciously accepted the hug, Wrapping her arms around him tenderly. "Of course, If your wife allows it, I'd love to help prepare a meal! And of course give you the medical attention you desire." She let her arms drop, Grinning

of course and I have me wife to tend to me take care of teh boy he fought hard fer yea he did. Both the men sat down and told tails while they waited for food they would not let them selves be healed untill they had food in them as was the custom of the mails in the clan

Aki joined zig's mother in the kitchen, joking and laughing with her as they prepared a particularly large meal for the boys. She smiled a little as they presented the food, kneeling down as they placed the large platters on the low table. "Tanoshimu!" She chimed, returning to his mothers side to get the medical supplies.

and so they dug in Donovan giving the ladies a full account of the fight andhow Ziggy had finally broken teh sun barrior looking to Aki he explained the highest a fire clan fighter could fight was to what was called the sun level when there fire could buren hot as the sun but he broke it today just like his old man

"Very impressive!" She said, Genuninely interested in thier strange customs. "I've been able to bend and manipulate water to the fullest extent for a while now." She chimed, Rolling her fingers through the water she conjured up into the air, twisting and contorting it. "I wonder who's stronger." She said deviously, Laughing a little as she winked at her spouse.

"Hehe, of course." She replied, enjoying her time with the family. "I've actually never seen your village, though i've heard many things about it. Maybe we could look around tonight?"

tomarrow it would have to be its late as it is and father still has to announce it to the clan tomarrow there will be a feast for it Dawn soon spoke up where will you be sleeping dear?

"Oh..." She bit her lip, as she pondered the question. "i hadn't really thought about it. Back home i'd imagin-..." Her voice trailed off, Interrupted by her own thoughts, "What would our new home be." She thought to herself.

Well for tonight you will stay in Ziggy's room you can have the bed he is a man and can take the floor. and fear not you will have a house in the village if you so wish.
awwww mom really i gota sleep on the floor? yes son you are a man and can deal with it would you put this poor girl on the floor hell no momma you taught me betta then that

"Why couldnt we just sleep together." She thought to herself, Making sure to hold her tongue, not wanting to sound like a harlot. "I should contact my father, so he knows i've not gotten into trouble or something of that manner." She laughed a little and nodded. "I'd love to stay though, Thank you for your hospitality."

We shall send a runner as yes 2 young lovers sharing ther first room dawn then winked at Aki while the guys where talking you know our men are better then any blanket at keeping warm

Aki sunk in her seat, her face flushed a deep, embarassed red. She couldnt help but laugh. "I've heard that too." She mumbled, unsure of what to say.

and so the night went on the runner came back saying the lord of the water clans would join them in the afternoon getting up Ziggy said well to yall I bid you adu I am gona go laydown. mom try not to keep her up to long eh?

The hue of akis face didnt change at all while still in company of the parents, she laughed a little and bowed once again, Taking her place next to her fiances side. "Goodnight." She said delicately to the elders, holding zigs hand.

Ziggy then lead her to his room Getting in the closet he got out a blanket for her and then moved some of the dirt =on the floor blasing it with heat to make it warm and he curled up in it and watch Aki


Aki rubbed her knees together as she sat down on the edge of the bed, Her teeth finding her lower lip as she peered down at him. "I'd prefer you layed with me...this place feels so far away from home.' She said helplessly, Scooting over for him.

"Today has been such a long day.." She said as her voice faded into the soft breathing that would continue the entire time she slept.

Ziggy soon fell asleep his face in her hair.


later that morning Donovan walked in to wake the 2 of them he saw the sight befor him both in the bed nude and Aki with c** dripping out of her. He could not but help to grin in a loud voice he called WAKE UP YOU LOVE BIRDS

Aki sat up immediately, forgetting about how utterly nude she was. Her chest bounced as she sat up in bed, She blushed and grabbed herself, fixing her hair as she tried to explain herself to donovan.

She sighed and stood up, dragging the blanket over herself as she idly grabbed her clothing, puting it on behind the makeshift wall. "Yes sir." she admitted shyly, looking over at her lover. "Wake up romeo." She whispered, bumping the bed with her hip in order to wake him.

Ziggy layed there his eyes out of focus Huh wha SLAM suddenly his fathers sword crashed to the floor Ziggy jumped up strait and drew the dagger he had hidden in the matres of the bed ready to fight . Damn it dad why did you wake me up like that. well me boy from what i gather yea had a late night so i thought it would be needed

Aki giggled as she pulled her dress back on, looking at her lover naked, except for his weapon. she held her fingertips at her lips before rising up onto her tippy-toes, pressing a kiss into the cheek of his father as she made her exit to the bathroom, attempting to regain her dignity.

rehidding the blade and putting pants on he walked out to the main part of the tent and leaves for the woods alone with only a bow and 3 arrows

Aki put her hair up, tucking the free strand of silk behind her ear as she reentered the room, Surprised to see that ziggy wasnt there. She frowned and stepped outside, picking one of the flowers that ran along side the tent. She twirled it between her fingers, her eyes scanning over the dense wooded area outside for him.

as she was outside 3 girls came up to her and asked who she was. when they found out all 3 giggled and run off giggling

She raised her delicate brow as the giddy girls ran off, She sighed and called for him, her delicate frown etched into her angellic face.

Ziggy at that point was long gone into the woods hunting. around tha time Dawn came out and stood next to her

Aki held her arm, rocking back on her heels. "Hello dawn." She whispered, her eyes still on the forest. "Do you know where ziggy is." Her voice was hollow, she didnt really like not waking up and being with him.

Yes dear he is out hunting the meat for your father to eat at the feast tonight. He is honor bound to hunt it cook it and serve it to him and to you. You need not fear also my husband already told the village you are to become part of our clan so any that hurt you will get that same as if they hurt any of te clan

"Oh i see." She said quietly, nodding as she accepted her explanation. "I know this sounds silly, but i had a few girls come up to me while i was out, and ask about him and me. Should i be worried about the females around the village?"

no you are new and the girls well they are girls any time there is to be a marrage they get like that fear not even the ones who wanted Ziggy will not dishonor him by mistreating you you should get cleaned up your father will be here soon I have some clean panties for you. can't ahve you wearing them dirty ones she said with a wink

She blushed and hung her head, wondering how many people knew of her sexual exploits. "that would be nice, thank you. @.@" She motioned for them to go into the house and grab those panties. She needed them.
As he hunted Ziggy was tracking when many shadows moved past him to the village 4 stopping in front of him. it was the earht and air clans they feared the fire clans power so where attacking Ziggy fought hard and took a few down but there where to many and he was soon defeated--- as the fight started the crystil he had given Aki burned so it it stared to hurt her skin-
as he was getting beating it stayed hot but grew dimmer and dimmer

Aki looked down at the crystal, pooling water under it as it seered her skin. She winced and held it gently in her hand, praying he was alright.

Dawn say this and knew something was wrong Looking startled she told Aki to stay here and wait and ran out of the house

Aki held out her hand towards dawn as she darted off. "Wait!" She said helplessly, her immediate reaction was to find him, and help him with whatever he needed. She was capable. She turned on her heels, waiting for dawn to return. "Are you alright..." she whispered to him, knowing he couldnt hear.

getting back up he let his fireburn bright as his last act he sent a hugejet of flames to warn the village as soon as it was seen every male in the village gatherd weapons and got ready for a attack after firing off the jest Ziggy fell and his fire in the jewle grew so im to could barly be seen and rose he had given her started to go out

Aki joined the horde of men, Unsure of what was going on. "Is he okay? Please, someone tell me whats going on." She was frantic, infuriated. She prayed the fire clan would be fine with her fighting by thier side, because she wasnt about to back down.

Donovan ran over to Aki Girl get inside we will protect you with out lives. don not give any lip that flair just a little bit ago was Ziggy he sent it up to warn us for you if you got hurt would you want his pain to go in vain? the best we can do is hold out untill your father gets here I am sure he will help us for his daughters sake

Her eyes narrowed as she shook her head. "I need no protection." She snapped, running ahead to go find ziggy. "With all due respect father, you cannot make me stay." she darted off into the woods, following the remnants of the signal he'd sent.

as she ran the attackers went past seein she born no maks of the fire clan they let her pass In time she came to where Ziggy as laying he had a major gash through his leg and icing death lay broken and fang was impailed threw his other leg

*She frowned as tears welled up in her eyes, a dense ball of water forming aaround the bade of the fang that stuck inside of his muscle. She whimpered and kissed his forehead, Using the pressure that the water provided to slip the fang out without cauing any major bleeding.

She ran her hand over the back of his head, using her own weak strength, and the enormous strength of her water, to lift him gently, she eased him slowly towards the main area of the village, his leg still in tatters.

When they got back to the village the water clans had joined in the fight and the battle had been won. there was much joy in the village untill Aki came out of the forest with Ziggy floating near her the water holding him stained red with blood

She watched only him, Avoiding glances from his father, and the rest of the clan. she wasnt comfortable yet. "He's losing a lot of blood, and his leg is in bad shape." She whispered, rolling the flower she had picked for him earlier in her hand.

as soon as they got into the village 10 men can and gently put him on a wooden board and lightly carried him lig=ke a fallen hero to the healing tent Donovan and the lord of the water clan both can to speak to Aki and ask her what she had found

Aki saw her father and smiled through her faint tears. "There were 6 or 7 fallen warriors around him." she admitted, "Earth i think." She said with certainty, looking back over her shoulder to see what everyone was doing with him. "I'm sorry father. Donovan, I had no intention of bringing drama and war to the village." She lowered herself as she bowed, attempting to leave.

Donovan put his hand on her shoulder. You brought no war this was earht in fact if it was not for you being here and your father coming with his warriors we would have been wiped out. we owe All we have to you and Ziggy. Because of you fire and water are now the strongest on the island and this attack will be repayed 1000 fold. We are only sorry it happened today the day of your feast but if -
it had been for ziggy out hunting for your meat they would have had us unaware

She smiled over her shoulder as she looked back at the two men. She nodded a little and left, sitting down on the cool grass at her feet. "Ahh.." she sighed, her eyes focusing on the water she toyed with again, reflecting her emotions through the shape and amount of water she played with. "What am i doing now." She whispered to herself, overwhelmed with all of the new things in her life.

soon Dawn walked out of the healing tent and she was not smiling. He was hurt to bad it would take a miricle for him to last threw the night let alone to recover from all his wounds

Aki stood and walked to dawn, holding both of her hands before hugging her. "He'll live...right?"

Dear it looks like he gave his life for the village and for you unless something no healing medicin can do happens hewill be gone by morning



"What's wrong exactly? Maybe i can help?" She spouted suggestions frantically as she pushed past the frail woman to her fiance, lying there upon the table. She wept, giving him the flower she meant to give him when she left the tent in the first place.

as the night went on aftre the others and when Aki had fallen sleep by his sidehe came to her in a dream Ilove you Aki And I will always be with you.

In akis dream, her legs felt heavy, everything felt out of reach, including him. She shook her head, tears falling down the apples of her cheeks as she screamed. "If you'll always be with me, then don't leave, You cant die, we've just started living." She got so worked up in the dream that she woke, her heart pouding wildly under her chest. She frowned.

and her water of life and his flame of life where both glowing and suddenly both crystils where empty in the air above them both they mixed and grew stronger suddenly Aki passed out when she awoke It was befor every one else awoke and Ziggy was not on the bed.


Aki woke up, slightly disioriented. "Ziggy?...."She moaned quietly as she looked around, rubbing her eyes. "Ziggy?!" she screamed, Afraid that they'd done something with him. She jumped to her feet and darted out of the medical tent into the cool morning air.

A clashing sound could be herd from the trainng pit. it was the only sound to be herd this early in the morning

Aki held the fringe of her dress as she walked slowly, no longer in her shoes, she walked tippy toed along the grass, enjoying the natural dew that the morning created. "Ziggy?..." she whispered, nearing the training area.

OY was the only responce



She sped up, shuffing atop the wet ground, following the voice. "Hello?"

when he finally got to the lip of the training pit there was Ziggy in the pit traingin with fang he bandages soaked with blood but his lifes flame buring bright around his chest

Her eyes filled with tears once again, Rolling down the soft pink apples of her cheeks. "Ziggy..."She said softly, her heart skipping a beat as she saw his familiar face. "You should be resting." She laughed a little, wiping the tears from her eyes.
