I love the anime Escaflowne, but alot of it makes me angry. I'm a major VanHitomi fan, and all the moments when Hitomi and Allen grow closer make me sick. Hitomi's undecisiveness is absolutely infuriating. She only like Allen because he reminds her of home. Her feelings for Allen are nothing more than her subconscious mind grasping the most familiar thing it can find. But Van is completely foreign, not to mention absolutely adorable/gorgeous. I'm currently watching episode 19, and though I know how it ends, I look forward to seeing the development of Van and Hitomi's relationship.
