#1: The person's name written in the Death Note will DIE!!!

#2: You have to know the person's name and imagine their face while writing the name or else those with the same name won't be affected.........

#3: After writing the person's name within the next 60 sec. explain how the person will die and if that is left undone the person will die of a simple heart attack

#4: In the next 6 min. + 40 sec. describe the events of how that person will die...

#5: The person who touches the Death Note is the only one who can see the Shinigami

#6: The human user of the Death Note can go to neither Heaven or Hell

#7: Only the Shinigami can see the person's name and the last of their lifespan but cannot tell the human user what it is.......

#8: Onc the Death Note is finished so is the Human user.....

#9: Once the Death Note Touches the Human World it belong's to the Human World and now only humans can use it......
