▰Appearance: If anything can be said about Lucien, it is that he stands out in a crowd. Lucien is an avowed candy kid, wearing brightly coloured outfits in neon or pastels with rainbow patterns or stylized punk and grunge outfits. Lucien is approximately 5'8", has a thin but toned build befitting his club and Rudie (a colloquial term for a graffiti skater group) lifestyle. Lucien is typically seen wearing a black and white jacket with small strings of LED lights along the sleeves and at the cuffs, the strings are programmed to strobe in various colours randomly. He has a similarly glowing pair of boots with a fitted Rollerblade apparatus. He wears headphones that hang around his neck and are hooked under the hood of his jacket. The headphones are almost constantly used to play various kinds of EDM or House. He has dark green eyes and sometimes wears eyeshadow and liner in war-paint like patterns around his eyes.
▰Personality: Lucien is a very social person, frequently seen among crowds performing tricks with either his yoyos or on rollerblades. He is very frequently prone to hypo-manic episodes, and has difficulty standing around for long periods of time (thus he will revert to dancing in place or playing with his yoyos). He is highly kind natured and will often go out of his way to aid others, possesses a strong sense of justice but little trust for authority figures (this being due to his status as an illegal graffiti artist and underground DJ, often in conflict with laws and legal codes). Lucien has a playful and mischievous streak in him, is a joking and lively person, and will sometimes play (admittedly sometimes not always) innocent pranks of people he feels close to. Lucien thrives in social environments and lives off the energy and heartbeat of big cities and the nightlife, leading him to seek out these situations and environments for comfort or amusement.
▰Biography:
Born in Paris, Lucien came from an upper-middle class family in Le Marais district. He attended typical public schooling from l'enseignment primaire to universite, obtaining a BA at Le Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse de Paris. Lucien fell in with a group of Rudies as a young adult and became a fixture in the underground scene. He became a somewhat popular DJ, frequently preforming at raves and warehouse parties. He learned to skate and developed a free-running style using his telekinetic abilities, as well as developing an interest in electronics because of the bright and stylized nature of the candy kid scene within the Rudie culture. He taught himself how to build LCD and electromagnetic machines, along with kinetically powered batteries to power his machines. Lucien also developed skill in using yoyos as a means to occupy his focus, after a few conflicts with rival Rudie teams and the Gendarmes he developed a kind of free-style combat using his telekinetic powers and free-style yoyo tricks to fight using rapid and telekinetically-augmented strikes alongside improvised combat, forming an evasive and fluid style that capitalized on his overall abilities and skills as a telekinetic.
