Your pain rings in my ears
I sit there shocked evoked by your strain
Wishing I could make the pain go away
To see you cry, I shudder
I can't make you feel any better
You reach out for me burning in tears
I cry for you knowing I can't do a thing
You start to fade away screaming
Your dying, I must be dreaming
I can't move
I can't heal
I can't save you
Your wounds are deep
The blood is everywhere
Your chest moving ever slower
I hear the whimmpers
I grab your hand for this one last time
All I could say was I love you
She said she didn't want to die
I could only hold her hand
I told her things would be ok
I held her close and gave her a kiss
I wish I could help her some how
Take all the pain away
She gave a small smile
I love you she said quietly
I felt her fade
The sunset over heard. The blood stained sky rained
