Personality and Background
Standing Miss Cai is the co-captain of her mother and father's old vessel, The White Wave. She is also, by technicality, Queen of the Pirate Army.
Demeanor At her best, she is a bubbly and warm young woman. She is accepting and rather friendly, often drawing the attention and affection of those around her. She is wise for her years, learning much in her life upon the sea. However, when faced with her enemies, Cai becomes an aggressive fighter with little remorse. She does not fight in pride or pleasure, but rather because she feels it is her duty to her fallen comrades.
Aspiration Cai is driven to avenge her mother and father who were killed by the Blue Dragon Brigade, led by a man by the name of Admiral Arvin. She also hopes to help others in their quests to find what they seek, be it safety, companionship, and even revenge of their own. She sees her crew as a family.
History
Cai is the daughter of the King and Queen of the Pirate Army of the Velec Sea. She was orphaned at the age of 11 when the Blue Dragon Brigade, an international force dedicated to ending piracy in the Velec Sea, came unto her parents' ship. She was left in the wreckage of the ship, alone, save for her blinded cousin, Nyl. Together, they rebuilt the ship, The White Wave, and sailed throughout Velec, picking up a motley crew of Fae, Fen, and Dae alike. As the Fae Genocide began and has progressed, their crew has grown as more and more people have become displaced in the cross-fire of war. For six year, Cai has sought out to avenge her mother by facing the Blue Dragon Brigade and defeating their leader, Admiral Arvin.
