Everything lately is just so... weird.
It feels like i'm understanding a world that i've feared
All my life, everyday
Where the human soul is left to decay.

I just want to fly, fly away from this place,
Take up my wings and end this race.
But it keeps pulling back, slowing me down.
I...I don't know what to do. I feel i will drown.

Don't you get it? Can't you see?
This isn't the way life's supposed to be!
We live now to exist and to continue existing,
Never to understand why we really are living.

Perhaps you're not ready, maybe it all makes no sense
But know when you sit behind the white fence
The day you were born was the day you were lost
Existance as is demands this soul cost.

...*Cough* It was late and i was stuck thinking about reality again. Sorry, i get kinda morbid when i think about it too much. Maybe one day i'll write poetry about happy things... maybe not..
