Ok...Connecticon ended a few weeks ago...I was just too excited and lazy all at the same time to post a journal xD

Well let's see, I met more than 12 people and became immediate friends with them xD
And I got no pictures sad
But I did find a bunch on the internet of me and my friends, so i'll post those instead biggrin

GO HERE TO SEE WHAT I HAVE SO FAR!!!

alright..alright, yeah. so! i've really started my Kikuchiyo costume. For real this time. Before I said I was starting it, made the sword and then stopped. But now i'm serious, I WILL get this done in a month!! i just need to do the following:

-Proceed to get the hang of stilts, then nail boots onto them. Get the hang of them again, then spray paint boots
-MAKE THE FREAKING HELMET! I got the wig, i got the wire mesh, I got the Paper Mache`, now I just need to start the bloody thing!
-Find gloves and, if needed, "edit" them
-Need to make jacket after stilts are finished
-Need to make chestplate
-Need to make belt, then armor dangling off belt.
-Add extras, such as metal 'string' on back for sheath, shoulder pads, collar, elbow pads for extra detail on arms, and make faceplate on helmet able to be lifted like lid.

...eck. i gotta get this done in less than a month and make a movie before Friday.
this' gonna be tough... neutral

alright.....alright, i haven't been on here forever. again. but now, i have some things you guys may like...buzzah!

this i drew on one of the classroom wipe-off boards after school. the next day a friend came up to me and said "Did you draw the picture of the guy with no arms and legs? the teacher erased it cause it was disrupting the class xD"


Yes, these are stilts. made them with my dad. but they're not just for walking around, oh no...I'M MAKIN' A COSTUME OF KIKUCHIYO FROM SAMURAI 7!! >xD


and i finished the sword for the costume too! made entirely out of Diablo sticks, 4 yard sticks, cardboard, and LOTS and LOTS of ductape! biggrin (i'll post a better picture of it later, it's HUGE!! like, 5'9"!!)


gotta love Count Bleck. He's just freaking awesome xD (i dont know what's up with the hat. it wasn't wobbly when i drew it...)

I am going to draw Calibretto from Battle Chasers! I never read the comic, but I really want to and I wanna try and draw him SO BADLY it's unbearable Dx

I recently came across a poem I wrote when I was in 7th grade...actually, I came across 3 (I'll post them later). If you read them, you'll notice they're all depressing, that's because I was made fun of a lot then and I was always sad and under the weather, I still am sometimes and I"m also easily depressed because of it. I didn't even know why I was teased which made it even worse.

I've been teased ever since 2nd grade, causing me to be quiet and sometimes alone for a long time except for my friends. I didn't have a lot of friends, I was too, scared almost, to have more than a few, so I held the ones I had close. I've lived like that for a long time, until when I came into 8th grade, my last year in middle school, I was sick of this idiocy and said to myself "F*ck them. I'm gonna have a good time and they're gonna have to deal with it"

Ever since then, I've been a lot more carefree and I've made some amazing friends. I've been able to go nuts and have fun, not caring what people thought, and if I did, I would push myself into it and then find myself laughing later because people loved what I did. Before I made this decision, I only really let loose when I was on the internet or when I was wearing a costume that covered my face (or a mask) because no one knew who you really were, so if you do something weird they wouldn't be able to make fun of you because they didn't know who was under the mask. (also, i LOVE masks and costumes altogether so I would feel really good anyway =3) It's like going to a state far away from your home. If you sing on the top of your lungs or dance in the middle of town, it's ok because no one knows you and you're in a place far away from where you always are.

Everyone was there for me when I needed them most and they showed me that if you don't live your life to the fullest, you won't experience what you can really do in your lifetime and it can turn out to become very dull.

I remember an odd dream I had awhile ago...

I was at my house in the basement playing Super Smash Bros. Melee against someone sitting next to me. The dream started right in the middle while I was playing, so I didn't see who I was playing with. In the game, I grabbed them and tossed them far off the edge of the arena and they couldn't reach the edge and lost. We both laugh and I look at them to see it was Kikuchiyo from Samurai 7. I was laughing in the dream, as if it was natural, then was woken up by my alarm clock. I sat on my bed, quiet, then said out loud "....What the f*ck just happened?

That wasn't one of the strangest dreams that I had, but it's pretty awkward when you wake up remembering you playing chess with Kakashi or something...It's very confusing...
