So last Saturday I ordered ffxi from amazon.com, and this Wednesday it should be in my hands. I will love it, and hold it, and call it sweet names! I'll be starting out with a gold world pass, given from a friend, and half a million gil, from the same friend. A mithran monk from Bastok, ready to do battle! And craft, ready to do battle and craft.

I'm so excited!

edit: and i've cancelled the account twice.

I was in bed one night, two weeks ago, and I thought to myself, "I should quit playing ffxi." I then laughed and went to sleep. The next night I thought the same thing. I got out of bed and cancelled my Content I.D.s and went to sleep. The next day I realized what I did, and felt crushed. That was two weeks ago, today was my last day to play ffxi. I gave one million gil to my buddy irl, I then uninstalled my 4 days of work (total play time) and left the house. I have destroyed my installation discs. There are no copies of the game in town. I am suffering from withdrawals. Then I thought... No I didn't. No thoughts, just jonesing.

So I just got out of a few PETA threads, and I noticed they have more ambition for the animals we use in our everyday lives than they do for human beings. I got rather riled up and am not returning to those threads (they'll rejoice) because why should I get angry over animals I'll never meet?
Why should I care about a Chinese man trying to earn enough money to feed his family, or a French man catching a shark with a dog so he can sell parts of the shark? I shouldn't, and don't. So why should I care about some dumbass kid who hates the culture that he has grown in? I won't care, and I'll stop talking to them, it only infuriates me.

edit: everytime i try to give a crap about people, they ruin it. you all suck.

So I uninstalled FFXI today, and haven't been playing it for the past week... oh man.. my heart and sould are withered and empty. Or full and growing, one of the two. Can't think of anything to blog about, people don't come here anyways.

So my parents tell me yesterday that I'm going to church tomorrow (today) and I agree. s**t yeah ladies, free spaghetti feed after the sermon. Am I excited? Yes, yes I am.
I was going to bring Nikki with me but she's like, "rawr i used to be catholic and do i even need to explain myself? i don't want to go." No, you do not need to explain at all... even though you already did."
Catholics! Argh, so painfull. If I had to join the Catholic church... well I wouldn't be let in because i'm so "evil" that I might just bring about "The Apocolypse" or even "Ragnarok"... long story short: I get spaghetti.
