My Weight.

I guess all my life I've always been kinda overweight.
But now that I'm 16, I really know that I need to get it down.
I'm not morbidly obese or anything. But it really wouldn't hurt to lose weight.
So everyday I'm going to update this journal with what I've eaten, how much weight I've lost, etc.

I woke up really late today, and missed breakfast.. which isn't a good start.
So I had some chicken for lunch and a glass of water.
I still need to drink 7oz of water left... which I'm not looking forward to.

Okay so mom went grocery shopping. I made sure she got lots of seltzer water. I love seltzer water and it's pretty much the same thing as water, only fizzier... soo I'll be able to drink those 8 cups of 8z of water no problem. I guess for dinner I just had my last fattening meal that I will ever have... Chinese food. Tomorrow morning I start my healthier lifestyle! smile
So I'm asking you guys to send me encouraging words. Because I need you guys to help me stay on this road to a better me! Please send PM's and comments. They are greatly appreciated. <3

Alright so I woke up around 10 today and had breakfast. I had 1 hard boiled egg, two pieces of turkey bacon, and a grapefruit. I drank a lot of water too. Around noon I'm gonna exercise for about an hour.
