I decided today that I wanted to start a Gaia Journal, to keep track of anything special I do, in case I forget.
Not that I actually do anything incredibly interesting, but, oh well.
Is it a bit of a coincidence that I started a Journal on my First Gaiaversary? Maybe. Who cares. I just hope my birthday's more exciting than today was.
Not that Gaiaversaries are supposed to be important, anyway. It just shows how long you've been on Gaia.
I actually started playing Gaia on an old account in March of '04, the same month that the items I love most were released: Baby Seal Slippers. I've wanted them for a very long time. My old account was banned last year for being part of a "Hacking Ring" or "Circle" or something. I didn't really do anything. I don't even know what it was that I had that was hacked from someone else. I just wish I had that account back.
I was very successful with that account. I was a Crew Member for one of the most successful Zelda Guilds on Gaia. Not only that, but I had a few expensive items, and I owned my own, less active guild. I'd love to have it all back someday. I didn't even go back to the Captain of the Zelda Guild to tell him my old account was banned -- I was too ashamed. I'm kind of thinking that now would be a good time to tell him about it. Better late than never, right?
Anyway, I'm glad I was able to get this out to everyone. Or, at least, those who are willing to read about it.
