This is a notice that your guild BOOBS, WE ALL LOVE THEM!!! Has been deactivated.

The guild has been used to violate the Terms of Service by allowing users to post nude and semi-nude photos of themselves. This is not appropriate content for Gaia Online, and it is not allowed to be housed within a guild.

As the guild captain, you are responsible for keeping your guild within the rules of the Terms of Service by moderating it properly and removing inappropriate content when needed. By having the subforum where users were allowed to post these photos, the entire guild was removed since it is not based purely on discussion and interest. By failing to moderate your guild, the guild has been removed from user access.

This is an issued warning. Repeatedly making actions against the Terms of Service will result in the ban of your account.


Fireheart_thunder: Define semi-nude. Because PG-13 is still semi-nude. AND if you tell us where any nude posts were made we will gladly delete the offending post. Our guild has a lot of devoted members and I'm getting PM's over and over again asking me what happened. and as for cleavage signs. they're still PG-13. So if you inform us the locations of our TRUE violations we will delete them. Please consider this. My girlfriend and I worked REALLY hard to make this guild what it is, to get it where it was.

First, this is not your guild, but I am able to tell you why it is deactivated.

Semi-nude would be open shirts without bras, bras that are sheer, being covered with just a sheet or any other non-clothing way of covering the human genitalia. This also includes using censor bars and blocks, and girls covering their bare breasts with their hands.

There was also hentai posted in there, and we do not allow sexually explicit anime, such as cameltoe, pictures of girls with "soaked" panties, and the same basic idea of what we do not allow for real photos.

This guild has been violating the rules reaching back almost a year. We found posts where there were user concerned about the direction of the guild, and those were deleted rather than the offending content. After this, people continued to post the content.

Since this was never deleted by the crew, captain or vice captain, and they were involved in commenting and posting the content, the guild was deactivated.

I am not at liberty to go into any more detail on the matter since you are not the captain of the guild. If your girlfriend wishes to contact me about this, she can, but I cannot discuss anything else unless it is with the guild owner.

First, you are the Captain of the guild, and you are the only one I am required to speak to on this matter. Because of user privacy, there is only so much I can tell anyone else, regardless of who they are to you.

Due to the nature of the guild being used as a place where users are allowed to show pictures without restrictions, the guild was deactivated.

The guild itself has been breaking the rules since 2007, and this is not appropriate content for Gaia. We don't allow the user to place these photos on the regular forums, guilds are not an exception to this rule.

Because your crew did at one point see that the guild was breaking the rules, and nothing was done about it, we decided the best course of action was to remove the guild from use since it falls into a category where the crew failed to moderate against their best judgment. Your Vice Captain was involved with the decision to delete these posts and allow the thread with offending hentai to continue.

Due to this, we have made the decision. It is the crew, Captain's and Vice Captain's responsibility to make sure that the guild follow the Terms of Service. When they don't, and there is continual abuse of the rules, this will effect the decision on whether or not to allow the users to just clean the guild up or if we just shut it down.

We shut it down because too many users crossed this line, and repeatedly. Since it has been allowed, we cannot allow the guild to continue.
