The time is now to shout and pray and sing
Today the sky is blue and black and white
The hand of death covers most everything
My heart is filled with rage but still is bright
The sun came through and lit my darkened path
I can't forgive the one's who hurt me so
My heart cannot express this hurtful wrath
Today's the day, it's time to let it go
I try to run and hide my dreadful pain
The hurt in me has sparked a dreadful tear
No longer will I live a life in vain
I will not try to live a life in fear
Today my eyes shall see the shining sun
I lived my life and now i see it's done
