On the 29th of April I was hit by a Chevrole van.. it backed over me, and I ended up underneath it between the wheels..
As a result I get scared when I see cars.
I can't breath, I can't think, my pulse races and all I can think is that I'll die.
Walking to school is a nightmare.
The biggest problem though, is that when I take steps back from the curb, or hear a car start up and look round with a look or terror in my eyes, is that they don't know. The people around me don't realize that I'm scared, and if they do they do not know I have reason to be. People either look at me like I'm mental, or just don't see my fear at all, and expect me to cross easily.
I just wish they knew...
