This one's the story of the avatar I submitted in the arena. This is the story of the character I've put there. In a small town named Lumina, a girl named "Liries" was born.She was born in a wealthy family. She was gifted with beauty but she was mute. being mute, she could not express her feelings openly.. One day, her parents decided to hire a music teacher for her due to the fact that she took fancy of music everytime they would visit stage concerts. Upon first laying her eyes on her music teacher, she fell in love for the first time. Everyday they would meet, they would play the same melody with her violin. He would tell her stories of the outside world and she would listen intently.. He would bring her gifts of different flowers and music sheets.. And soon after, her music teacher fell in love with her as well.. Liries' parents found out about their relationship and soon, they forbade him from coming near her and they fired him from his work. Liries, unable to speak, could not reason out and stand up for their relationship. Upon hearing that he moved away to a different town, she broke in depression and refused leaving her room.. She refused eating.. She refused visitors, even her parents... And she could not sleep. She would cry silently on her sleep dreaming of her wonderful memories with her music teacher and wake up realizing he will never come back. Her parents feared for her health, she was slowly getting weaker and weaker due to her refusal of food. 2 years after he left, she fell ill out of depression. Although she started eating normally, she refused the thought of smiling. On her death bed, she held her violin close to her heart.. And soon, she died, leaving only but her love letters whom she wanted to give to her Love but never had the chance to since she did not know where he was.. Her family mourned her death for days.. for months.. and for years... News of her death never reached her lover... But her family knew that he was already married yet they hid the fact and refused to tell Liries upon fearing that she would commit suicide... Every night, the maids and the family butler within the mansion would hear a familiar violin melody in either her bed chambers or her favorite room, the music room. Her family left the mansion and no family dared buying the place. One day, a young boy opened the gates of the mansion and the boy felt a gentle gust of cold wind pass by him. It was said that her spirit left the mansion and wandered the whole country of Alphoise in search for her lover while playing her violin every night. This is Liries' story... Her undying love for her music teacher.. her lover... This is when her journey begins... Her search for her lover and her chance for a love that would be returned.. Could she finally have the happiness she deserves? Or not? I hope you like this one!! ^^ NOTE!! This is not a chapter of my novel "true happiness".
