Sorrow......

Today was not a good day, and things have gone from bad to worse. Let me explain......

Today started out fine, it really did. But before I realized it, things were going horribly wrong. For those of you who live in Virginia, you especially know what I'm talking about. I didn't find out until lunch.

Here's what happened: Today, at 7:15 a.m., someone came to the campus of Virginia Tech, one of the two major schools in the state of Virginia. That person entered one of the dorms on the campus and shot one of the students. Two hours later, the person went into the engeneering building and fired more shots, killing and wounding many more, including a profesor. At least thirty-one have been killed, including the shooter, and at least twenty-two have been injured. I know several people who are currently attending Virginia Tech. I don't know if they are alright, as the names of those who were killed have not been released yet.

I ask this of you-please keep the students, teachers, and staff of Virginia Tech, as well as their families, in your prayers. They are going to need them. Thank you.

Update--the total number of people killed is thirty-three. This has been confirmed by police; however, the names are still unknown, and there is an ongoing investigation.
