I'm absolutely begging my excitement to stay with me. Even though my excitement which means acceptance is growing, my dignity is dwindling away. It's a small price I have to pay... Though not so small. Acceptance is joy. Acceptance is loss of your inner self. I hate it all. I love it all. I'm greedy enough not to want to let it go, and selfless enough to give it away to someone else. Please, let my excitement stay. I loose the excitement, I'll loose what sanity I have left, which most know is very little. I could pass as insane, I'm sure of it. That could creep a few of you out. You're insane as well to some extent. Take that to memory, my friends.

Anyway, what you just read is a form of what will be filling this journal. You may understand it... Most of you... Well, all of you will not understand it. The above is about the upcoming eighth grade formal dance. I just bought my dress on Sunday, but my excitement for the dance is already starting to pack up and hit the road. I want to be excited. Excitement equals happiness. Happiness is bliss. The only thing is I'm paying for it with my dignity. Talking to my friends like a niave little girly-girl to have something in common with them and to just... *sigh*

• Speaking of new art, I'm working on my good friend's, Jennifer, birthday present. I've almost finished!
  
• I'm drawing my avatar here on Gaia because: 1.) I want to. 2.) I want to start an art shop here and 3.) I just think my avi looks cool. xd
  
• I'm coloring a manga scan of Shigure Sohma from the ever-popular manga, Fruits Basket. 'Gure-san is one of my favorite characters. sweatdrop lol.
