I've been mostly updating my deviantART journal instead of here. My friends at least read my dA journal; the only one who reads it here is Lea, and my other friend who quit.
Besides, my other friend is a former friend.
Ah, the older updates are so humorous. I was quite naive! I still am, but not as much so. I'm going to read through my journal today, from the start.
I do not have plans to quit Gaia. As it is, I'm on here mainly to post my dragons. XD
Guys, here is the scoop on my other friend, AquaticOwl or whatever she changed her name to. We are not really friends anymore. I barely see her in real life, and she quit Gaia. Anyways, she's into clothes, fashion, and nothing I find useful!
Our opinions differ so much on so many issues... She blindly parrots her parents.
It's hard to set aside our political differences.
Her opinions aren't supported by anything.
She used to at least like anime and video games, and we got along really well. There was always something to do. Now, she's rarely on the computer. She stopped liking anime due to someone insulting it, and now puts it down, asking my friends and I if we still like it and scoffing, calling us "immature".
We have very little in common. She was a good friend, and our friendship was long, and the worst of it is, she doesn't even know about my feelings.
I mean, I haven't hung out with her in ages, and the last time I did, it was at the mall at a party. She didn't call me over the summer, except her prank calls.
I think she might still want to be my friend, but I'm not certain.
I just think that the relationship was bad. It was really great, but she just wants to hang out with her friends and discuss little of anything, about celebrity rumors, and clothes, and I hung out with them once with her. They resented it, but she let me. Well, it was terribly boring! That little gang acted idiotic.
She used to love Pokemon, Naruto, DiGi Charat, Tokyo Mew Mew... And we'd walk around her neighborhood and play ding dong ditch.
She recruited a couple of friends to Gaia. She was a Hannah Montana fanatic, and that was alright, somehow. It was immature, and I don't know if she still likes Miley Cyrus (the girl dropped several interests in a day, anyways).
She had this friend, Alexa, and for a while when Alexa transferred to our school, they were inseparable. Alexa was alright, but she seemed far too nice. Kind of a goody-goody.
I can't remember it that well; I think the first time Alexa came, she may or may not have left again and come back, but I'm unsure.
But anyways, they were close. I was at her house once, sitting in her room and talking, and she wanted to do something with Alexa in the Talent Show, dancing to this Miley Cyrus song "True Friend". She was worried that I might be jealous, but she really wanted to, though I wanted her in my act.
By the time the Talent Show came around, Alexa was gone. At first, she was in despair. (Poor Hannah.) It was all she could think about! But before the Talent Show even came, it was if Alexa had never existed.
Kind of ironic...
Anyways, that was a useless rant to no one.
I just... I guess I lost a friend, and I don't really want to repair the friendship. She changed; she always told me that other people pressured her not to be friends with me, but she valued our friendship.
It's kind of a mystery.
