Some of you may be familiar with Skies of Hyrule. This poor shop has been dead for some time and part of the reason was lack of interest, lack of RP, and some internal strife. The lines weren't exactly great and they were so hard to work with. The style struck a lot of people as unappealing and of course, the rules weren't popular.

Myself, [ Radical Dreamer ], and GunSniper all want to reboot the shop with artwork done by the insanely talented Jonah-onix from DeviantArt. We've been quoted $15 a template. (Male/female, adult/child) So far, we have agreed to pay the $60 between the three of us for the basic Hylian template. This will open up the following races:

◘ Hylians
◘ Kokari (child exclusive)
◘ Interlopers
◘ Gerudo
◘ Skyloft Citizens

However, we do want to include Rito and Zora as well for some more character diversity. In total, we need $60 per additional race, so we're trying to get $120 to do this. We do want to start a go fund me with an offer to give a custom character for donations over $15 but we wanted to test the water first.

1 || The rules will not be changing. None of them. A lot of people were upset by one rule or another but we want to keep the shop true to the Zeldaverse.

2 || The template artist and all three shop owners are Christians. We won't be using the shop as an evangelizing tool or anything, but LoZ has very powerful Christian themes (especially in the original games where Catholocism was the original religion of the world) and we won't be straying away from those. We aren't enforcing it as the main religion, but it will be an option within the world along with player-created faiths and the faith of the three goddesses.

3 || We won't be charging gold for these. We'll be rewarding active RP with art of characters through a questing system. Existing characters won't necessarily be converted over because, let's face it, few actually were rp'ed.

4 || No, this won't lead us to abandon or even loosen up on our activity in B'alam. B'alam is our main shop, but sometimes we want a break from four-legged rp. We all love Zelda, we all love the universe, and even for non-fans, it's a great generic fantasy RP setting. Not to mention- Jonah's art is fantastic. *w* We can all get on board for pretty lines.

So we want some feedback!
Please keep it civil. We won't entertain haters, insults, or inflammatory remarks. We want an honest dialogue about whether or not this is something that you would personally like to partake in, support, or can contribute to. We will be looking for artists to help, but we'll be picky. We'll need managers and graphic artists as well. Please comment with suggestions, comments, etc. Please do look over the skies of hyrule thread (link provided above) to get an idea of the shop we'll be running.
