Disclaimer: I am not to be held responsible for anybody who attempts to use this glitch out of their own free will or to use for an extortion con. I am merely providing this document as a way to stop the senseless scamming.
Step 1: Towns
The first step is easy. Log onto Gaia and bring up the towns window. Get into a screen that has a fountain in it.
That was simple enough!
Step 2: Log out
This part is easy, too. DO NOT close out of the Towns window. Merely click on the main browser behind it and click the log out link beside your avatar at the top to log out of the main page. TOWNS MUST STILL BE UP!
As you can see, Towns is still working perfectly in my window, despite the fact that I am logged out and my browser is asking me to re-enter my username and password.
DO NOT LEAVE THE TOWN AREA!
Step 3: The Waiting....
WAIT FOR 3-5 MINUTES! This is the tricky part. Should this part fail, you will have to start all over again as you will get an error message or the glitch could work in a screen that does not have the fountain.
After 3-5 mintues, click an arrow to leave the screen. This screen should pop up (again, if it does not, TRY AGAIN).
Step 4: On the Guest Account
Once you have this window sitting in front of you, check the the option marked "Log in as Guest User"
Your screen should jump into the Train Station. BUT DON'T BE ALARMED! This is suppose to happen. Actually, if you look around - the people who were in your screen before should still be in there along with the NPCs.
Saddly, you cannot see where the fountain is on the screen. Simply click on an area that is close to Rena. The area shown in this image is about appropriate:
While you cannot see your avatar or the screen you are in, others can definitely see you - and that you are on the fountain!
Congratulations! You have completed the Fountain Glitch!
