And last, but not least Gaara of the Desert. When he was still in the womb his father used a jutsu sealing the Shukaku (one tailed raccoon) in his body. His father attempted to have Gaara killed because he was a little unstable. His father was killed by Orochmaru and Gaara becomes the Kazekage of the Sand Village after the battle with Naruto.
