The Only Things that Matter to Me
Oh, yes. I'm often told I have beautiful cats, and that that said person is going to "steal them away when I'm not looking." Or, I'm offered a trade of their shitty short-hair ginger tabby for one of my babies.
Well, I'm here to say: NOT GOING TO WORK!

I have four cats, actually, but the short-haired ones are not pictured.
Pictured are the lovely...

A bit about each of these beauties:
Boots, was found on mistake. An adoption shelter was nearby where we were, and well, my sister found a six-month-old gray-and-white kitten that stole her heart at first glance. She ran to me, telling me we HAD to adopt him. At first, my father refused, but after a lot of pleading, we got to take home our Bootsy.

About a year after that, we forced him into getting Boots a partner-in-crime. This was when we found a two-month-old gray tabby named Lady. She was adorable, sleeping with her twin brown tabby sister. After MANY hours of waiting, we finally got to take that kitten home. We renamed her Mittens. I secretly hope her sister also found a loving home.

I cry almost, knowing how much they've grown. (You should DEFINITELY beg Zero Payne for pictures of his own baby, Cuddles. She's a very pretty black-and-white cat.)

Boots is not very happy about being bathed. As a kitten, he loved water, but now.. You literally have to hold the poor thing down just to get him to hold still to wash him. This makes for an very unhappy Boots....

Then again, it isn't exactly Mittens' cup of tea, either...

However, when you've got such wonderful creatures in your home, always ready to beg you for food and attention, you sort of can't help but smile.
