This week has been surprisingly good! I haven't really kept on the healthy eating habits like I wanted, but I'm going to try again this coming week.
Mom's excited about my planned trip to visit dad for his birthday, i don't think there will be a party yet.

Mentally I'm doing well, though I'm not sure if thats because work hasn't been stressful or if I'm just doing ok. I need to lay off on the vape though.

I've forgotten my meds today, I should take them but Pumpkin's on my lap right now.
