I walk out the door of my worn out home. It's dark out, no light except the tiny speck of the moon behind the clouds. I see a dog chasing a cat, I growl at the little white b***h and continue my way down the road. My eyes glow in the dark, my ears listening for any danger. My nose picks up a scent coming from an alley behind a resturaunt, I follow the scent as if it was leading me to treasure. I see a light shining through a window, I walk up and rest my arms on the sill.
"Good morning." I say.
"Eh, you kidding? It's night time and it's not good it's horrible...but...for you it may be good." The guy looks at me. I grin showing my fangs, his eyes grow wid and close softly as I insert my sharp fangs into his rough, boney neck. His voice studdering as he lands on his knees and collapse on his chest. I eat my meal, smelling the smoke in his breath, I cough at the stench of cigarette smoke mixed with molding sausage. I finish, leaving bones spread under the window and walk down the road. I get to the path leading into the woods. I enter the woods, dead leaves crunching below my feet. I stop...I hear crunching of dead leaves coming from behind me, I turn around, noone's there. I continue my walk in the woods hearing the continuese sound of someone else crunching leaves. I wrap my fingers arond my Sharri and tossed it while turning around. The Sharri sailed passed the things head and landed in the trunk of a tree.
"Easy there, you almost hit my head." The thing said."You've got bad aim, unless you were meaning to miss me, but your strength is alright."
I growled, "Who are you and what do you want?!"
"Calm down, my name's Zach, Zach Wolf. Now what's your name?"
"...Dark...Dark Shadow."
"Dark Shadow? Weird name."
"Whatever." I turn around and continue my walk through the dead woods. Zach runs up and walks besides me.
"So why are you walking in the woods?" He asks.
"Why are you bugging the hell out of me?" I reply.
"Just answer my question."
"I'm looking."
"Looking for what?"
"An answer."
"To?"
"If there really is a meaning for life."
"There is, it's called love."
"Love doesn't exist, it's made up."
"No it's not, it's real, everyone loves someone."
"Not me, I don't love anyone and noone loves me."
"I'm sure that's not true."
"It is."
"I don't believe it."
"Well believe it!" I walk faster.
"Anyways, how old are you?" He asks.
"None of your buisiness." I reply.
"I'm 17, now how old are you?"
"14, now leave me alone!"
"You know, you really should hide your tail."
"Why?"
"Humans see it and know you aren't human." I look at him and notice he wasn't human.
"You're not a human?" I ask.
"Nope. Full blood wolf and fox."
"So you're mix?"
"Yep, I can tell you are too."
"Hm...yea...half cat, half fox, half wolf."
"You mean, 1/3 cat, 1/3 fox, and 1/3 wolf?"
"Yea, sure, whatever." My tail waves.
"Seriously, you need to hide that thing." He says looking down at my waving tail.
"Hell no! Why should I? If they find out I'm not human I don't care!"
"You will once you're dead!"
"No I won't!"
"I bet you will."
"******** off!" I grab another Sharri, about to throw it when he said,
"Sorry, damn you're a b***h. No offense but you have a bad temper."
"Shut up!" I run off. I get to my home and fall asleep.
