Waiting, it's something we all do.
Some of us can wait forever.
Some of us can't.
Waiting to me is like time's way to mess with me.
It can seem like a little bit.
It can also be a long time.
Waiting can be evil.
I wait to hold her close to me.
I wait for her to get on.
And when I wait, sometimes I feel like a dog waiting from their owner.
I wait for the day to end when I'm waiting to see her again.
I also wait for when I wait for her to get back when she brbs.
I wait and wait and some people would say I've lost time.
I feel that I haven't lost time, just made it last longer than it should.
Some would agree with my statement.
Others would have other views.
Why do we wait?
Well there are different answers to that question.
But one answer fits all, because we can.
Or because we choose to.
Time is just an illusion, so is waiting also an illusion or is it a measurement.
Waiting for someone.
Waiting for something.
Waiting in line.
Waiting to die.
We all wait no matter what we are doing.
Even now as you are reading this you are waiting to do something else.
Or waiting to see my next poem.
Or even waiting to wait.
