Having a rare item can be a blessing and a curse |

Well my fellow Gaians, I just found out what the name of the annoying little husky puppy right next to my avatar is! His name is DeDe the Husky.
...And right now, I want to literally CHOKE the life out of that little b*****d.
Why, you may ask?
Well, Gaia has been pulling a lot of stupid s**t with their RIG's (Random Item Generators) by making the most wanted and most coveted of items that they pump out into the super-duper-never-gonna-find-it-and-you'll-never-be-able-to-afford-one-rare-items. And I'm talking items like animals. Animals, which have been requested time and time and time again. And what does Gaia do? Why, put them as super rares in their RIG's, of course! I mean, they know that there are gazillions of gullible little fools out there that will constantly keep on buying these RIG's. It's good money for them, but that's all that they seem to think about nowadays.
And now, unfortunately, we have another animal fall victim to the super rare category. This time, however, it's a Husky puppy instead of a Cat.
I keep on asking myself this question: Why does Gaia keep on doing this to their users, who pay REAL money for this stuff? Why? Does it benefit the users? No. It doesn't benefit the users at all. The only thing that they'll have is a small bragging right and the swarms of n00bs begging/trying to buy the said item. And what will the user who owns such a coveted item say? "NO, I'M NOT GIVING HIM UP UNTIL YOU HAVE BLAH BLAH BLAH MILLION GOLD!!!! SUCK IT UP, N00B!!!!!!11"
Having such a rare and coveted item can turn even the nicest of Gaian into a greedy, rotten, hate-filled, elitist. But my question isn't even answered: Why does Gaia keep on doing this? The simple answer: Because Gaia sees us as their paychecks. They don't give a damn about the wellfare of their users: I mean, look at all of the un-just bannings and disabled trading passes. Look at the evolving items that haven't evolved for MONTHS. And these are items that people payed REAL money for.
So many users have been requesting for a pet shop from Gaia for Gold AND Cash. Chances are, the users won't get what they actually want. Instead, Gaia will be more focused on the next RIG/EI/Cash shop item. If Gaia actually DOES come out with a pet shop feature, chances are, it will be Cash Exclusive. Much like the Aquariums (which is a real thorn in my side)
Oh Gaia, I'll just absolutely LOVE the day that you shoot yourselves in the foot when your constant pumping out of super rares will get to your users. I betcha that they'll be so fed up with it eventually, your heads are going to spin.
In all seriousness, Gaia...Actually LISTEN to what your users want instead of listening to the sound of "CHA-CHING". Enough with the super rares. You're only going to hurt yourself in the end.
