I am speaking of WOW (World of Warcraft)

We the guild have tons of potential. I can say this with Pride. Hexfirefoot and Ogakan are already spoken for in this matter but I can say this: There is nothing that can't be done if we don't work together to get it done with team work.

Ok thats enough of the company line for a minute.

I did a few runs with the guys a couple days ago and in a hard instance we NEVER died until this one area (Second Boss in Shadow Lab's). What can I say. We rock!

Bit of a pain but we did it.

Now the Downer note: After Long .. LONG... thinking.... I give on the Pushing the groups. I've try'd to push to get them to be better but there is this one line that keeps ringing and thats "WHY BOTHER" I'm tried of that line and care little for it.

Oga's right that I'm no Anthony Robbin's and people get ticked when I try to push.
So.... I decided for myself that I'll still push myself but thats it. Know MY limits and go back to asses the group that I'm with and know where they can go and what they can do.

So that means I'm not going into CoT with the Caitiff's because most likely they can't stand me talking about it and don't want to get pushed. There are others that I can find a group to go with.

I am tired of money counters and making a profit for a run. There are times wehre I think maybe I should start from scratch... make a new guild. Work that one from ground up. Get that all together but thats a lot of work.

Connections are hard to do.. and getting good groups together is no small choire.

Now All of this comes from one weekend that a few things hits me at the same time.
One member getting their key first then saying "******** you all I'm done" and there has not been another run in an instance like that one since. Another Comment is "I no make money, I no Go." NOw these are all fair sayings in the eyes of these people.

But Next time I go into an Instance with these people and their famous lines are said then the next line out of my mouth is "I Can't count on you YOUR NOT GOING!"

I have Continginsy Plans all the time. We have an AWESOME healer/tank/DPS/Puller then Sweet, but thats comming to and end because I'm sick of the line and attitude " This can't happen with out me!"

These are the reasons that groups fall apart. It seems to me that I Love to help out the lower levels into instances that NO ONE is willing to go into and all the other members have made thier point and said "******** THAT!" Well so what in my eyes.

Darkinfernal has had his Dungeon set 2 quests since september I uttered a few words but thats it. Hell as of Yesterday I know have quests into Onyxa's Layer. Hell thats not easy... and to get a group for that is not fair in my eyes because not everyone in the group wants to go there.

40 guys is a Damn Hard thing to get off the ground to do, and assembling 40 guys with lives to put aside their time for a 40 man runs is almost imposible in the caitiff's hands/eye's

BRD is no easy run... and Im not talking about 1 or 2 quests. I'm talking about ALL of them! thats Definately not easy. With Time restraints alone your looking into the 5 hour march. The 5 hours is what it took me last time. NO WIPES.
But unlike other players, I know my way around it.

Example yesterday. A guildie took a few into Dire Maul. No Biggy right?. WRONG! That Guildie took them in for them'self. Thats it! That was BULL s**t!
So I retook that group last night and got them hooked up. DM is only a place that I went in 3 times before and no one showed me any way around I had to learn myself. So what do I have to say about that? Well this for starters.

I'm taking guys with me get get their Dungeon set 1 and 2 gears now after this BRD run. I need the AD rep more now then ever before and since I'm 70 thats not going to be an issue but I'm more then geared for it and at least get the little guys in the guild hooked up as all other guildies still need thier stuff.

Other Selfless acts in my closet are crypt runs with Tal.. There is NOTHING! in the crypts that Tal even NEEDS its all crap. Mind you Dark needs the Sword and he got it yesterday but come on! Dark is still in his level 60 crap at 67.. he needs this.

I have a lot of fun with you guys but we need to remember that we all have to stick together. And for some reason I keep thinking that "Oh Tal just wants X" News flash to those people.... I'M TIRED of YOUR BS! IF You can't start working on helping little people out, then ******** YOU your not getting my help.

There are 9 quests that I'm soloing. All Dungeons. If it cost me my flying mount then boohoo at least I'll get these quests done and help out the lowers in the process.

There are other things that have popped up from time to time. And that's Why is Tal Always getting the mats. (Enchanting Mats) Why? Why? BECAUSE I'm the ENCHANTER THAT'S WHY! I dis an item. I get a shard. I store them then enchnat the person that needs it. LIke Drac with the +6 to all stats for chest Items.

Whats that come to.... 100 gold AVERAGE? fot that one enchant? That 1 enchant cost ME.. and Oga, Hex, and Haven not to mention Bullveye well over 2000 netherweave cloth at MY Cost of 45 silver per belt that I make so I can disenchant it. That was like 50g out of MY pocket and all I get is "Why is Tal getting all the mats"

There is something that I was thinking of and thats a MAT run. Getting into instances that are small and/or Hard (Shadow Labs) and just dusting everything.
So that way the one's that come with me I can enchant as I go. Or make a stock pile. Some of these enchanting formulas are not easy to get, and required me to Farm them for HOURS if not days. But no one cares on that level. they just want their enchant. thats all fine on my end but Only the ones that help me are the ones that are getting anything. Their are ones that have made their minds heard about dising Items but then claim one (enchant) then go back into ******** the group and demanding loot. The only way I posibly see a good out come on this matter with these people is Leaving them at home. This is no different then the people that beg you into an instance then get theirs then bail.. so sad but its true and its happening in my guild. What can I say. caitiff needs a lot of work.

Current Offenders that I'm thinking of:
Zuryana, Jorabela, Dracuna, Heven, Bullveye, and Wolfsorigg.
Now all of these guys are great people but this is the attitude I've been picking up lately.

Also Congrats on the Caitiff's getting thier First all Guild run in Upper Black Rock Spire it was a 9 man run but it was nice to have an all guild run.
