Chapter 6
-From Darkness comes Pain-
V stood up and dusted off her pants, then patted Envy on the head. "Follow me, and try not to...freak out or anything."
Fric looked at her funny, but shrugged and followed her. They exited the room where Gluttony and Wrath were found. They soon passed a room, it was full of clothing and in the middle of it was a dog bed, Envy soon enough rushed into the room. V motioned her hand for Fric to wait. Fric and V both watched the dog, he ate from a bowl of dog food, and drank from a bowl of water. When he finished, he came out of the room, ready to follow.
V began to walk, as where Fric Followed. Fric's mind suddenly filled with painful memories, why was unknown, little did he know, it was because of a sin.
V as well began to have mind flooded with memories. The time when confronting the murderous Ghost of Jack the Ripper, leaving one school after another after finally making friends, seeing the death of her parents in front of her by the Slicer brothers. Many more, one after another came, making feel like as she didn't matter, she wasn't important.
Fric's only painful memories to when his parents died in a car accident, or breaking up with a girlfriend, it didn't bother him much though.
Envy stopped, approaching three button like things in the ground. Envy soon sat on top the one in the middle, V went to the one on the right. V's fists were clenched together, From what the black haired boy noticed. Fric nodded and stepped on the button like stone in the ground on the left.
The block in front of them fell to the ground, as did painful taunts, memories.
V stood in fear but shook her head, "Let's go on." she mumbled.
The three walked on into the unknown darkness.
"Is the famous V here to finish the job?" a voice emerged from the darkness,.
"I am Pride." it said, "Now which of the puny humans wish to kill me? Or would the traitor Envy like to?"
V felt a brush of fur against her leg, and from it emerged a growl. Envy stayed by V's side, with a growl.
