" Yet another hot day" said Jamine, walking out the front door of her house. She covered her eyes with her hands, and look to the sky to see if there were any clouds out. " From what I saw on the morning news, its supposed to reach near hundred degrees fahrenheit." Jasmine turned around, and saw her friend, Lilian, walking up her driveway, with her nose stuck in a book. Jasmine walked up to her, and played with her long black braid. " You know, you really need to stop walking and reading. It's geeky. You should become more like me." Lilian looked up from her book, and at Jasmine. Jasmine was wearing a grey tank top ripped below the chest line, with red booty shorts. Lilian looked down at her blue libarian style dress, and over the top of her big round glasses. " Ahhh... not gonna happen" she said, as she returned to her book. " Whatever. Come on, we have to hurry. I have to meet my mom at the bazar. What fun." As Jasmine walked over the her car, Lilian put her 'Isn't learning great' bookmark in her book, closed it, and placed it carefully in her small black purse, and followed Jasmine " Well, I find them to be intreging. It's like a way to see how creative other people can be, and the..." Jasmine tossed an empty cup at Lilian as she climbed into the car. " Ya ya, whatever. Geek" They laughed together at the old joke, and Jasmine started the car, and drove off.
