Well, I was a little stupid yesterday, and went out to a thing of holding signs for four hours, in the sun and heat, guess what happend ofcourse.
All over my arms I have sunburns, and they radiate heat, it isn't much fun, but IRL I feel like a real Phoenix XD
Well, I know to help with them, usually Aloe Vera works really well, it is a great little tidbit of herbology that I have memorized, I might make a post all about it later.
