- I had a couple of my prayers answered today.
One being the need for a shirt. Why pray over a shirt? Not just any shirt. A shirt I can wear at fair, and at Halloween, and just in general. First I scoured the internet. Nothing. Then I went to the Magick Cauldron (more on that later). All out. Then I went to the Halloween store that opens up annually. Almost found something there...it fit great...except for the part where I have boobs. ):
Sad and discouraged, I wasn't sure what to do. So I prayed. And sure enough, I was given blessings. A site that I swear I'd been to a hundred times and had searched desperately...well, apparently I missed a page...a page that just so happened to have exactly what I needed. Right size, right colour, right price, right shipping time-frame...everything. <3 So I ordered it. Should be here Wednesday or Thursday.
And though I haven't really mentioned it, I've been on the prowl for a new deck of Tarot cards. Sure, I've got a few already, but anyone who reads cards knows that you form different connections with different decks. I was looking for a certain, unknown connection that I just didn't seem to have with my current decks (that's not a bad thing by the way...it doesn't mean I don't like my current decks...it's like having a favourite t-shirt. It may be a wonderful shirt that you adore, but if it's cold out, you're still going to want something a bit warmer.).
And, wouldn't you know it, at Magick Cauldron, I found the perfect deck. It's so beautiful. They had just restocked like yesterday. Perfect. <33 Take a look for yourself.
I hadn't even heard of this particular deck before. Peculiar. ;D
Also managed to get some great Sandalwood incense that I've been wanting for a while. The Wal-Mart crap just doesn't cover it. They finally had some Star Anise in stock too. I've been waiting on that for forever.
It's been a day of good fortune. <3
