The 'First Aid' and 'Play Dead' skills are only available to those that put their effort into it. They are additional skills that can be obtained through different quests. Try searching for the hidden Novice skills. You should be able to find some help in the city of Prontera.
First Aid
Skill that allows the restoration of 5 HP using 3 SP.
You can get this skill at Novice level 5. Available to all jobs.
Play Dead
Skill that allows you to pretend as if you were dead. The monster no longer attacks. It is very useful at the beginning of the journey
