So serene
peaceful morning sun
just me
alone
taking it all in
breathing it all in
chiriping
morning noises
in the quiet
not quiet
relaxing
coffee and cream
slippers and long sleeves
warm winter sun
brown and gray
green and black
I can feel the light
giving off life
in the barren phase of the season
doesn't matter now
nothing else matters now
just me.
