Chipi's Journal
Here I want to write anything that pops to mind, Mostly Stories. Also, here is where I plan to put weekly chapters from my novels.
Chapter 7
7.
Tyren stood, eyes closed, still waiting for the creatures to rip his body to shreds, but nothing happened. He opened one eye, then the other. He couldn't believe what he saw, fifty dead creatures around him. Slowly, Tyren looked around. Finally, he noticed someone sitting under a tree.

"I see you came early, Nahan."
"Of course, and miss this cool fight? If you want I can leave and let you fight the rest, alone."
"No that's Ok. I appreciate the help."
"I brought a guest, hope you don't mind."
"Sure, who?"
Someone came out from behind the tree. "Edoth, you came too?"
"I guess."
"And what of your worlds?"
"We asigned someone to watch over them while we were over here." said Nahan in his ussual cheery, young voice.
"Shall we fight?" asked Edoth.
"Let's."

Nahan was young, very young. In fact, he was only ten. However, he was strong and skilled. Edoth was young, but not too young. He was around the ages of tweenty. Still, he fought very well. Tyren was happy to have them over, they were like family. In fact, they were family. Nahan was Tyren's
brother, and Edoth was his cousin. He was only missing one more persoon from the family. They fought the creatures using everything they had. They even used hidden powers, like Tyren's fire power. After three hours the creatures dissapeared into the shadows.

Golk stood over the field mad. He didn't manage to kill Tyren. Some weird people came and saved him. He turned and faced his army.

"Worry not, we will kill them all soon enough."
No one spoke, they still were amazed at the element's powers.
"I will show you more in due time. Everyone, head back to camp, and bring me my Dragon, for I wish to visit my palace."
A large, black, wingless Dragon came and pick Golk up. They both flew into the horizon.

Risha was at the local shop, buying candy, when Shion came walking toward her. She tried not to look at him, but she couldn't help it, he seemed happier.

"What did you find out now?"
"Nothing."
Risha stared at him. This was new. Then why are you so happy over nothing?"
"I joined Tyrens army?"
"You, he would never allow you, he doesnt' even-"
"How would you know, it's not like you live with him."
She looked at the floor. "Well, I still think you wouldn't be in the army."
"Then what's this?" He took out a sword, and the sword had the official army seal on the handle. She knew that orb anywhere.
"Well..."
"I thought so. I am going to be in my first battle this week."
Risha looked into the distance. This week was her birthday, and Tyren was going to be fighting?
"Well, good luck, don't get yourself killed."
"Very funny, I won't."
Risha walked toward the window and stared at the distant hill. She started wondering why she was given the powers she had. What was she to do with them? She wasn't strong like Tyren, or Melani. She stared outside.

Elia stood at the door looking at Risha. She knew Risha was gifted for a reason, a reason nobody knew. She walked over to her and held her little sister.

"Hey Risha."
Risha was silent. Elia looked gazed outside and noticed the water in the fountain was rising, dancing and forming many odd shapes. Then, it stoped.
"Impressive." was all Elia could say.
"You really think so?"
"Of course. I wish I could have powers like yours."
Risha looked at Elia with wide eyes. "No you don't"
"Why not?"
"People mark you as a freak and cast you out."
"Yeah, but they do that out of fear. Fear of their own savior. Fear of being truly free."
Risha shifted her gaze to the floor.
"Risha, your power is a gift. You are destined for something greater then we can imagine."
Risha sighed before speaking. "I don't know what to think. All I know is I want to help people. It's what James would've wanted. So I'm joining the army."
Elia was stunned. "The army?"
"Yes, to save us from th clutches of Golk and Sidon-Darth."
"It's your choice, all I can do is support you."
They hugged each other.

Tyren was tired, he was breathing heavily. They had battled a while before all those monsters dissapeared. He decided it was time to kick things up a notch.

"Nahan, Edoth, we are going to pay my lab a visit. Then we are going to the base."
"Sure, as long as we get out this god forsaken place."
Nahan was silent.
"Nahan is something wrong."
"No, I was just wondering why these creatures appeared."
"Hmmm... et's go to my lab first, then we will find out why later."

In Tyren's lab, which was hidden in his home's basement, Tyren, Nahan and Edoth tried to decide what weapons to produce for tommorows battle.

"Let's use this one."
"Nahan, you know well that we can't send radioactive bombs at them."
"Still... It looks cool."
"How 'bout this one?"
"Maybe, but freezing them won't do good if they use their Dragons or Wizards."
Nahan looked around. Edoth picked up a bulky TV looking thing.
"This one?"
"We want to kill them, not cook food for them."
"Well, you should label what each one does so then we can find out."
"Edoth has a point, Tyren."
Tyren kept rumashing through his inventions. Nathan picked up a long stick like object that seemed to have a metal cup at the end.
"This one?"
"Yes, that will do just fine!!!"
"What is it?" asked Edoth, staring at the object.
"A Grod. It is a rod shaped gun. It can shoot anything from bullets, to relan spells."
Nahan walked toward a huge containment tube.
"What is in there?"
"A Dark Blob. I found it one day in Neox City. Someone wanted to make something out of it and failed. So they threw it away."
"What were they making?"
"I don't know. It has human DNA, but what it was suppose to be is a mystery. Let's go take this to base."
"Fine."

Later that day, they arrived at Hitorik Army Base. Tyren had the Grod wrapped in special Iron-Gold Cellophane. Nathan was looking all around. HE was marvelled by the huge guns, the swords, the planes and animals. Edoth was just trying to find out how strong each weapon was.
Tyren led the little group of three to a small building.

"Pat, nice to see you."
"Tyren, how are you?"
"Fine."
"And these people?"
"My cousin, Edoth and brother, Nahan."
"Nice to meet you. So what brings you here?"
"We want to make enough of these for our troops."
The man eyed the object with his only good eye, the other was under a bandanna. "Seems advanced."
"Can you do it?"
"Give me four days."
"Fine, thanks alot."
"No problem."

Tyren, Nahan and Edoth went back to the army camp.
