today was a good-ish day ^_^ all the morning and lunch i've been practicing Glow Poi (and i love doing it) then after school I talked to my girlfriend that went on along with practicing for quite a while. but then the negatives came... sweatdrop one of my friends became very pissed off because i wasn't talking to her because i was practicing moves (and seeing how I wasn't talking much to lyn at that moment, sorta proves how into it I was) and then after a bit of time I decided to take a break and eat, and talk. but then after a bit of time problems came, I started to lose confidence in my abilities, lost all urge to go to the Valentine's day dance (crimson ball, which i was going to purely just to get a feel for a live preformance) then after a bit of slight arguing with lyn on me not going, i was then convinced by a friend of hers, who told me what was making her so mad, to go to the dance. so I went and was bored most of the time, me and the other two Glow poi dancers decided to go ask the D.J. if they would play a bit of techno, but apparently Leadership (total pompous, egotistical clique) decided that techno wasn't "cool enough to play" and stuff like that. we decided to carry on the show by preforming to what ever song had a good, fast beat. so after a bit of time we finally got a good song, preformed. the other two where doing so much better seeing how they have been doing it for years. I did my few moves I know, and got cheered on and such. and apparently I am a month ahead in how much i know. well anyways i also found a new style which I like. anyways it was a good day mrgreen
