I'm getting a kitty today!! Her name is Snowball (after the Simpsons' cat, and no, we didn't name her.) She's a 1.5 year old foundling, spayed, short black furred bundle of wonderful. We found her through a woman online who rescues cats from the street and high-kill animal shelters, fixes them, gets them immunized, and then finds people for them.

And yes, this is just about the only thing that will get me out of bed at 8AM on my day off.
