Awright, so went on a week-long tour of the USA (specifically Boston, New York and Washington). This is what I did:
- Saw Harvard, MIT and Yale. Harvard is like its own little village. O.o
- Went to downtown NY, which reminds me of Tokyo.
- Saw the Statue of Liberty up close on a boat and nearly froze my fingers off trying to get good pictures of her.
- Went on a beserker shopping spree, where I bought 8 new outfits. I love US dollars. :3
- Took pictures of the Pentagon. ROFLMAO. Also took pictures of Ground Zero from the Empire State building. The elevator is awesome - the buttons go from '2' to '60', and you count floors by 10's. Then, you get on another elevator from the 70-somethingth floor to the 80-somethingth floor.
- Took lots of pictures of a great big honking statue of Honest Abe.
- Went to the Smithsonian, where I visited the National Art Museum, the Museum of Natural History and the Air and Space Museum.
- Took pictures of the White House. On the way, we saw Bush's car(s) by chance. I think he was late for lunch, which explains why the police cruisers had their sirens on.
God bless America, the land of really cheap clothes and bug names. 3nodding
